No offense intended. But there's a sweet spot on the sliding scale of realism, and most of the interest checks I usually see skew too far to the realism end for me.

Can't describe how quickly I go from excited to sad when a mecha premise turns out to be realism wankery.

@Krayzikk I'm sorry about that. The last thing we want is to turn off any potential applicants for whatever reason.

as a dear hated tolerated great colleague, snow, would say

Careful buddy, the more you linger the more chances that Bekah might return.

it was pretty negative, to be quite honest

which doesn't reflect on anyone still here, but man oh man was it a negative impression

I don't really get that Tarantino reference, but I think I get the overall sentiment of it.

And yeah, we kind of do haha. I am quite proud that a lot of talented writers on the site graced this game with their rich creativity.

tarantino is a director known for his use of exceptionally graphic and bloody effects in many of his movies, such as django, kill bill, and pulp fiction. plank'd tear me to pieces if i didn't at least know this one

the joke was the implication that my interest was straight-up massacred about three seconds after i expressed it, in a brutal manner

I guess I should look forward to you stalking, huh?

not that much

99.9% repeating of my interest got murked in a manner that'd make tarantino need a pillow courtesy of a laundry list penned by quiet speech

i poke my head in out of curiosity, and because the crew have some great characters

Yeah, Roze is right. There are a few gods/goddesses on the list that shouldn't have kids, but they do. Besides, I think that's a little fact we can all overlook, right? :3

tbqh plank's right

and children of athena, and to a lesser extent artemis and a few others, can be explained by origins more in line with their progenitors respective myths. fairly easily, in fact.

faceclaims should probably at least have some measure of a nod to the nature of the god(dess) they're for, given that some of the myths are descriptive and all of them are iconic

(i still poke my head in here every now and again, given my degree of interest last time, just couldn't resist chiming in here)

We don't ask questions about Napoli.
I would, but given that you seemed to move us into the facility (away from the intercom) as well as the one who would actually know whatever Priscilla would know, I figured it was best to ask you.

Prince could give us an answer, but I didn't know whether you had told her what Priscilla would know or not.
So uh, are we not going to be allowed to use the resource that is Priscilla? I think some questions were posed before the group started, apparently, making their way to the junction room.

Mostly pertaining to the nature of threats in the distillery. Could easily be that she answered before they started walking, but it'd be nice to have those answers.

Realized it might be more effective if I actually pointed out who this was directed at.
