@CloseEnough Well, he is a predator to all animals he is tracking, so Mischief is completely safe considering he's more an animal Kaite relies on to survive. However, if he were to run off for some reason and need to be tracked down, then he might want to worry just a little bit. Especially if Kito is out hunting at the same time.

@CloseEnough Well, I'm sure more often times than not, Kito will help her. She may even teach him a few things about being an actual person and not some machine.

@CloseEnough@LoganWentworth I could see Kito developing some sort of bond with these two, especially with Kaite. I get the feeling he might have a soft spot for those who have a physical disadvantage. I also could see him sympathizing with Alecia, as the two share the same view and are like-minded.

Dar looked over the list, immediately dismissing anything to do with fire or heat, that was the last thing he wanted to deal with. He sensed Aura was interested and lowered the paper so she could read it as well, "What's this 'Dragonology' thing listed here?" she asked him. Instead of using his telepathic link, he spoke out loud this time so that he could be corrected if he were wrong in his explanation, "Dragonology is all about the study, raising, training, and from what I see here, the riding of dragons. It appears those taking the courses offered are typically dragon owners, like myself. So if I were a student, I would be taking this course to learn how to care for you. But seeing as how I know how to do this already, there is no need for me to take the courses offered." he explained to the dragon. "I see. Would you be teaching others how to ride other female Aqua Dragons?" she asked. He chuckled, shaking his head, "No, I believe the current instructor will be doing that." he paused for a moment before looking at Lady Violetta, "Of course, if said instructor did need a hand in that regard, I would be more than happy to help out." he added. Looking back at the paper, he made his choices, "I'd like to teach all four levels of Water Magic, both levels of Creatureology, both levels of Sound Magic if it's free...and I would like to assist in the instructor on dragon riding preparations, should they welcome the help." he said, handing the paper back. Aura pushed her snout against his cheek when he mentioned Sound Magic, "You mean...?" she started. "Yes." was all he said.

Dar was somewhat surprised, though he could understand why Lady Violetta had no prior knowledge of his family and their activities on Earth, being here for the last four years and such. "I see, I guess I will have to enlighten you at a later date. I suppose the most pertinent information I can offer in that regard is we were the ones who discovered Aqua Dragons, and ever since their discovery, each Knight family member has taken one as a pet. Of course, it makes sense, given our affinity towards water." he told her. He scratched under Aura's chin, the dragon gently pushing its snout into his hand, "But I digress. I cannot wait to meet Allison, I'm sure we will have quite a few stories to swap in our free time. Also, I understand how difficult it can be to find good help, so I do hope to become a more...permanent member of your staff. As for what I would like to teach, I should think Water Magic would be obvious. I would also like to teach Creatureology, provided the position is not already filled?" he asked. "Creatureology? But why would you want that position? You're not exactly the world's foremost expert in the field." Aura said, lifting her head to look at him. "While that's true, taking the teaching position will allow me to gain even more knowledge on creatures of the world, along with the best opportunity to let others learn about your species. Do you understand now?" he replied. Aura tilted her head, gurgling, "Not completely, but then again, I'm still too young to fully understand humans and their behaviours." she said before returning back to being scratched.

Gender: Male

Equipment: Old parka (starting to fall apart.), rusty ice pick, and a heirloom hunting knife which has slowly started to dull and rust.

Skills: Kito excels at Tracking and hunting.

Personality: Kito is typically calm, cool and collected. His attitude towards others is similar to that of Earth's current state, quite icy. He tends not to communicate to the others in the camp unless absolutely neccesary, for he finds idle chatter to be pointless. Due to this, many view him as unapproachable and possibly hostile, of which is partially true; he is unapproachable. He takes his work seriously, and despite the near seclusive lifestyle he leads, everyone knows how important it is for an expedition to have him with them.

History: Pre-Ice Age

Kito comes from a family of assassins, highly trained and completely unheard of. Before the Ice Age, his family had amassed great wealth, and Kito was well on his way to becoming the prodigal heir to the family's fortune. Despite this though, he kept training himself, always looking for a way to improve and hone his skills even more. However, his father continued to barely acknowledge Kito's accomplishments or improvements. 'Be better.' was typically the response his father gave, even after completing the most difficult of assassinations. Days before the Ice Age came, Kito had begun to live his life of seclusion, cutting ties with his family. The last time he saw his parents was before heading to Russia on another assassination mission, little did he know that would be the last time he saw them.

Ice Age

It came quickly for Kito, he was barely able to register what happened. Luckily, he was in Russia when the Ice Age began, having gear already on-hand along with a week's worth of emergency rations. At first, the male thought he was in Russia while he was making an escape, however, as time went on and his rations were depleted, he realized the worst had happened; the Ice Age had come. He immediately went into survive mode, hunting what he could and making it stretch as long as he could. During one of his hunting outings, he came across an expedition that seemed to be hunting the same game he was. However, due to his tracking skills, Kito was the one who managed to find and kill the game before the group found him. After the leader of the expedition got into a debate with him, Kito decided to share the valuable resource with them. He also found it beneficial for him to travel with them back to their camp; his odds of surviving would increase with them. At first the camp was hesitant about him joining them, but he proved his worth several times with his skills.

Dar remained silent as the two people left the office, watching them walk down the hall, "Guess that's our cue." he said to Aura. She moved her head so he was able to stand, stepping forward and knocking on the door, "Excuse me, Lady Violetta? I'm sorry I'm late, I had things to finish with before I could come here." he said, opening the door. He held the door open so Aura could enter with him, the dragon looking around as they both approached the desk, "She certainly has good taste in decor, I like her already." she spoke to Dar. He simply patted her head before taking a seat, Aura sitting on the floor beside him, now looking at the woman. She wasn't sure what to make of this woman, sure, she was in a position of power, and therefore important to the overall structuring of the academy as a whole; but whether she was capable was another story. For now, Aura kept her observations and thoughts to herself, only time would tell exactly what kind of person Lady Violetta was. "My name is Dar Knight, and this is Aura, we're both honored to be part of this academy. I'm sure you know this already, but my family is adept with Water Magic, and I am no exception. Aside from that, I have dedicated most of my studies at the old academy in the area of Creatureology in hopes of one day becoming one of the foremost experts in the field. I am currently researching the Aqua Dragon species, in the hopes that I can help to provide a better understanding of these rare and magnificent creatures for everyone." he told her.
