@Prince of Seraphs I went with the whole. 'Reincarnations so they each have their Tri-force.' I can also see where Green is going, think about it. On the day of festival honoring a Hero the sun was blocked out, Ganondorf tells them that the king cannot save them or perhaps tells them the king's line has magic to cause this or even stop it. The people of Castle town and all the others who are their rush to the castle the King not understand and his soldiers overwhelmed. He cannot end it, Ganondorf claims he can and that the King is lying. He promises to save them and thus Ganondorf is made king Hyrule and the thieves with no blood shed. Also with monsters appearing thanks to constant darkness the outlying towns would have to submit to him for aid or go it alone.

Oh okay, the way he said it made it sound a lot more violent and you know, war like. A coup is generally the change in leadership by a violent means so I sort of assumed that's what he was talking about. What you said makes a lot more sense.

With regards to the Triforce, I don't believe any of the reincarnation started off with the Trifroce. The hero in the original didn't have the Triforce of Courage at all, he went on a quest for it in Zelda II. Some of the Link's where born with it because the Ganondorf of that time already had the Triforce of Power and the Gods had to restore the balance, such as in Twilight Princess. In most of the games Link had to obtain it or already had it from a previous Zelda game.

We could have it so that when Link draws the Master Sword, whenever that is, he is transported to the Scared Realm where the full Triforce is waiting but much like when Ganondorf first tried to claim the Golden Power in OoT his heart is not completely balanced so he gains only the piece that he embodies and the other two are given to those in the world that best represent there attributes, namely Zelda and Ganondorf.

It just seems like if they all have the Triforce right now and are in such close proximity to each other the most obvious course of action for Ganondorf is to challenge the other two, take there Trifroce pieces and wish for ultimate power. Which I suppose isn't exactly a bad option for the story to go down but I feel it would make things a little unbalanced. I mean it's a little hard to claim that "No character is better than another" if one of the characters literally has supreme power over the world.
Poison the king? I was thinking of staging a coup right there and then. He has the triforce of power after all. Poisoning and the whole cloak and dagger planning would make more sense if he does not have it.

Oh I thought that's what we were talking about earlier.

In any case there might be a couple of problems with staging a coup right now. The two biggest problems would be that first Ganondorf has one soldier on his side and she's kinda ditzy. the Triforce of Power may give him strength but I don't believe even Ganondorf with the power of the gods could defeat the entire Hylian military by himself. Secondly At the very most Link and Zelda are in the same town likely no more than twenty minutes walk. If he makes a bid for the thrown they're going to take him down and our story kind of... well ends. He may have the Triforce of Power but that doesn't mean he's invincible and it doesn't mean that those wielding the other pieces of the Triforce can't beat him.

Besides Hyrule is a big kingdom and relatively the desert has a very small population. Even if this coup were successful and he declared himself ruler of Hyrule he wouldn't have enough people to keep the citizens in line and even with the Triforce he can't be there to put down ever squabble or rebellion. He wouldn't be able to hold the kingdom. It's a much smarter move for him to maneuver himself into power slowly. Whatever Ganondorf's flaws he's never been an idiot. He wouldn't start a war he wasn't confident in winning.

And now that I think about it when exactly did Ganondorf get the Triforce of Power? Hasn't he been hanging out in the desert for most of his life?
Do you mean in RP? I guess Link, Zelda and Navi go take a look through the town till Ganondorf poisons the king and blots out the sun and blames it on Zelda. Then we have to run really fast.
Ganondorf and Skull Kid are free.
Are we calling it quits on this one?
@Forsythe Hey Sapphire's loyal. She just not very social, uninterested in making friends and frankly angry at the world.

I'll write something up about Eight taking her to the Alamo's med bay after the ships land.
I just looked at the conference doc and realized that me and Forsythe are the only people left from the start of the Next chapter.

Speaking of the original RP I was curious @Kabensaal, @Multi_Media_Man @Shadowkiller912 why didn't you use your original characters: Trico, Auriel, and Cynthia?
We did when I joined, at least according to the .doc
also, poor Ebon, then. He got on a team with 3 girls xD

When we started the norm was 1:3 for the guys. Look at Sapphire's team. And CODE back when it was MODA only had one girl. I believe we've always had more guys but until recently the female character RPers have been a lot more active compared to the male characters.
