Eyyyy people! I am jsut saying hi before making my character. I know already that all teh cool things are taken, even without looknig at the characters. I will make a wild guess. At least one person with a demon inside them or an item, or with demon blood, one elite fighter, one badass mage, one fully armored guy who is at least 2 meters, and one badass/funny ranger or rouge.

So I'll make a charcater according to these points, and if it overlaps with someone else just tell me :D

All of those are creepily spot on except for the last one. We lack a ranger/rouge type character.
@6slyboy6
We are not in desperate need yet, we do have three or four dedicated players which have managed to keep it going but as it stands we're only on IC post number 17 and the RPs been up for almost three weeks.

Not a lot has happened IC, we've had a near bar fight and some of the characters are splitting off into smaller groups. You can pretty much join in anywhere as we've only really just started. Whenever you can get a CS up is totally up to you. The sooner I'd say the better but we can wait if you have other commitments.
50 B.C. (Before Cataclysm)

The world was prosperous, people lived in peace. The Kingdom of Valeria hadn't seen a war for the past hundred years after their new seemingly-immortal king took the throne. Cities grew bigger, families doubled in numbers, farms produced triple their yearly production. The seas were filled with boats bringing in fish that had grown in size apparently overnight. The world finally seemed perfect, a heaven on earth; An Eden brought upon them by the mighty gods themselves. Little did they know, their King had offered a dark price for this prosperity. The King wasn't a vile ruler or a bad person. He was an older gentleman, looking as if he was in his late fifties, a dedicated and humble servant of his people. He listened to their needs, and he loved each and every one of them with all his heart. He had even taken it upon himself to learn most of the names of the people living in his home city: Veiron. But when his dark past came to haunt him on the tenth hour of his hundredth year, everything was plunged into a darkness that would never seem to lift.

0 B.C. - 1 A.F. (After the Fall)

The Demons descended on his tower, the fabric of the world splintering where the King stood. With their gateway to the mortal world firmly entrenched the demons began to pour out. The King had made a deal with the devil. Prosperity and the absence of their carnage for a hundred years in exchange for his soul and his kingdom. The Demons, being greedy fiends, betrayed the King, claiming his soul fifty years before the end of the agreement. Perhaps they had seen his plan to banish them from the world once and for all, or else they were simply inpatient. Whatever the reason the King's foolish meddling loosed horrors were into the streets, they rampaged through stores and homes, tearing citizens apart from the inside with an insanity and hunger nobody had ever seen in their lifetime. The King laid burnt to a crisp in his chambers, his mouth open in a silent screech of pure agony, as if he knew everything was lost.

The whole city and its surroundings were scorched with unholy fire and even to this day nothing can grow there. Amongst the unlucky few who made it out of the city alive some found that the event had marked them for life. A birthmark they'd never seen before, perhaps a scar, maybe their eyes changed color, or their skin turned black. Some of these people tried to hide their markings and did whatever they could to live on as if nothing had happened. Some embraced them, claiming that the mark would forever remind them of Veiron, and what the demons did there.

Only hours before his death, when the immortal king realized the mistake he had made he gave his people one final order, the formation of a new kind of army, the Stormbringers. They were a band of highly trained and skilled fighters. Soon after Veiron fell a group of strong fighters took the name and now roam free, claiming to follow the last wish of the King. They care little for the lives of the innocent, their only goal is to exterminate the demons that terrorize the land. They are the only ones known to have killed demons.

10 A.F. Present time.

Ten years from the destruction of Veiron.

We will follow the paths of a few brave men and women as they too will make a difference. Fighters, Mages, Assassins and Scholars. What lies ahead? No one knows. It is up to you to find out.

This roleplay has already started however we are suffering a slow death due to only having a handful of players and too many drop outs. We need an infusion of new blood to save us.

Visit us here and feel free to post a CS in the OOC. There is more information in the OP of the OOC.
Hey do I really have to wait for another two people to post before I can respond to Lunarlors34 even though its only the two of us in the interaction?
@everyone, is there any chance you guys could put some mention of which guild each person is in in your CSes. I've been going through characters trying to figure out which guild I might have Dawn and Elizabeth join and for the life of me I can't discern whose in what guild unless I want to go back and painstakingly read the entire IC.
sniffles and huggles

I may have to have surgery on my ankle tendons and muscles

You have huggled too hard. Huggling done naturally should never require surgery afterwards.
Dawn and Elizabeth Daniels - Crocus

@Lunarlors34

Dawn placed his hands on Elizabeth's shoulders and guided the wayward girl beside him, keeping his grip firm to ensure that she didn't go wandering off. He honestly didn't have an answer for the stranger, Cody. Elizabeth's behavior often mystified even her own brother. Somewhere in her mind there was a reason for everything she did but Dawn wasn't capable of fathoming it most of the time. Just like her speech Elizabeth's actions were often random and unusual. Rather than admit that his own sister's actions were a mystery to him however Dawn instead targeted the other part of Cody's question. "You can 'inquire' but don't expect an answer. She's mute." It was not a new experience for Dawn to have to explain his sister's state. Everyone in Clover Town knew about her disabilities but every now and then the twins had run into a tourist or traveler whom had to be made aware. Most were very understanding, a couple were simply cruel but such was life.

"As for her magic well... she's always been a bit unrestrained. Back home she nearly froze a man's arm solid when he made a pass at her." Dawn decided that it was time to get the topic of conversation off his sister. "You gave us your name but I don't believe you mentioned what your interest was in my sister's magic." Dawn's tone was not inherently hostile but there was a mild undertone of accusation to it. As if the question suggested that Cody's motives were less than honest.

Just then Elizabeth pulled herself out of Dawn's grasp determined to see more of the city. Dawn grabbed her by the wrist. "Elizabeth wait!" She turned around a look of disappointment on her face. With her free hand she removed his hand from her wrist and used it to trace a message over his skin, two words.

"Cotton Candy?" she had a hopeful smile on her face to accompany the request.

Dawn rolled his eyes, sometimes it seemed like she hadn't changed from when they were ten years old. "Soon alright?" he responded, tracing the message on her hand out of habit. She looked disappointed but stopped trying to escape into the crowd.
@Joshua Tamashii I don't know if it's because you're editing in the mentions, but yours aren't working like they should.

Mentions placed after the fact don't alter the person involved.
People private message me.

Oh PMs. Makes more sense.
It's called life.

And when there is like 20-30 I have to update, it takes time. Not to mention people's emails, queries, other roleplays I'm in, the site, the summary, lots and lots of things.

Uni, looking for a job and oh yeah just generally not feeling bloody well

*whistle* ouch, hope you feel better... What do you need peoples emails for?
