Name of Nation: The Grand Nation of Vornehm

Government Type:
Diarchy, Vornehm is ruled by two individuals as head of state. The two are typically brother and sister, or cousins, in the royal family. The position is passed down hereditarily within the empire from father to son, mother to daughter and so on.

Military:
The land military of Vornehm is typically conscripts who have been put through basic and basic only before being sent to the front lines, it is often under equipped and relies on the use of older model weapons such as the american made M16 rifle, the common weapon of the standard infantry within Vornehm. Other utilities for the standard rifle man would be a foldable shovel, a Beretta M9, and stick grenade based on the old models the germans used in World War 2.

The most equip division the land based Vornehm military would be Marines, the marines hold much higher training and have often been drafted from the basic rifle men. This portion of the military uses only the most advanced equipment that can be given to them, such as the new AI-Sabh which hold a fire rate of 20 rounds/min on single fire and over 1,000 rounds/min on full-auto; featuring an effective range of 200 meters and a maximum range of 4,000 meters, with a 120 bullet magazine. The marines also act as the saboteurs of the Vornehm military, using explosives and traps all to their advantage.

The navy is the pride and joy of the Vornehm military; featuring five battleships, fifteen destroyers, ten patrol boats, fifteen submarines, twenty troop carriers, twenty frigates and a single aircraft carrier. All of the ships are maintained with only the finest technology that Vornehm can offer to it and even better training the the standard rifleman or marine, making the Vornehm Navy it’s strongest branch.

Economy:
Much of the economy of the Vornehm comes from the production lead of zinc from its mines as well as having oil production. The island nation also is in energy production, having peat, gas, and, the previously mentioned, oil. Vornehm’s economy is equivalent to that of previous day Ireland, being rather high in ranking and being able to rival other, larger, powerhouses.

Foreign Policy:
The nation of Vornehm operates in a sort of “Gunboat diplomacy” where they boast their large military in attempt to essentially say that the nation is not one to be trifled with or to generally impress people into becoming allies. They are a highly interventionist country who loves to get in another country's internal affairs, especially in the name of their own business interests.

History:
Stationed on the island of Ireland, now modern day Vornehm Island, Vornehm had originated from a rebellion in 2031, following the end of World War Three and Vornehm was born under a dictatorship.This marked the Irish-Vornehm Civil War where the Irish government was labeled as incompetent for its involvement in the Third World War. Recovering from the war, the nation pulled what it could muster in an effort to become part of the competitive economy of the world, even though it stood no chance in the grand scheme of things. The EU seemed to condemn their status as a free nation, however, primarily due to the reason that the government ruled with absolute power. Seeing their independence threatened, Vornehm worked on it’s military until the start of World War Four only three years later.

The nation attempted to remain as neutral as humanly possible in a war such as this and succeeded until 2039 when it entered the war as a minor power who simply paid one side and sent expeditionary troops. At the very least they kept their independence and nothing of consequence was lost other than some hundred men.

In the year after the war, Vornehm focused its efforts on steeling itself for the future.

Foes:
The Vornehm people have a loathing for Aldoran, seeing them as the greatest threat on the planet and their true rival.

Demographics:
Of the 6 million people present in Ireland and Iceland, only 88% are true Irish while the rest hail from different parts of Europe, making the entire populous “white”.

Other:
The ruling party actually takes inspiration from the Fascist party from Italy during World War Two, finding effective of uses correctly.
