Location – Monastic Dojo (Beach)

Mentions:@DC The Dragon soon-to-be character referred to as “the boy/pipsqueak”, @GingerBoi123, @EchoicChamber, @Rodiak, and @Letmehaveone2 referred to as the “demons”. In @Letmehaveone2's case it is Price who is on Luyenshilu's radar, and in @Rodiak's case it is Aurora.

Cool water lapped against Luyenshilu's calves as she kicked her feet back and forth in the pond she sat next to. It was the only place that gave her some sort of glimpse of the Divine Realm. She took a deep breath in, enjoying the earthen scents of her hermitage. Her delicate ears could still pick up the busy to-do of mortals, but she had learned to tune it out. The monastic dojo she kept had tall walls to keep the rabble of the mortal plane out, though some particularly troublesome humans managed to find their way through all of the protection surrounding it.

She looked out over the small bay that her dojo faced. It wasn't far from the park or the beach of the human settlement she was currently Watching. A small group of the humans who had found their way into her dojo practiced their forms in the sand, just at the shoreline. She barely tolerated their presence, and wouldn't if they didn't respect her and the pipsqueak she was saddled with. She scoffed at their lousy performance.

“They will not master the arts at the pace they have been improving. Mortals, useless as--” A sudden pain erupted within her chest, a blooming of sensation she had not felt in hundreds of years. With a low growl, she stood from her position and looked towards the city, then to the park. Her hands curled into fists at her sides as her bright amber eyes narrowed into slits. “Demon filth of the Underworld, how dare they tread upon my Watched lands?! Where is the boy? We will go deal with this! In her fury she snarled out the last part, startling the humans at the beach who had the good sense to stop their kata and hide away from her wrath.

With a sweeping motion of her hand, her staff flew across the courtyard of the dojo and she snatched it from the air without stopping in her tirade of looking for the pipsqueak. She threw open doors, letting them bang against the walls and leave dents. Frightened monks scattered away from her as she stomped from room to room. “Where are you boy?! We have filth to exterminate from these lands!”
Sorry everyone, work has been absolutely destroying me. My scheduling is weird because I was originally a cashier, and now I've been transferred to automotive so I have like 12-14 hour days until my schedule can calm itself down, which should be around the 7th of this month. I have Mon/Tue off, so I'm going to do my best to post here. So sorry :[

I could make more characters if it would help this RP out. I could do some characters drastically different from Nebulosa too, so that way we could have some variety. And I don't mind playing a male, if it's more necessary? Or do you think females are for the moment?
Sorry for yet another double post, but if some of the people in this RP have lost their RP partners/room mates, what can we do to remedy the situation? It sucks for people to be stuck and not able to do anything because their room mate never showed up or they just stopped posting entirely, it will actually kill an RP.

Also, how free are we to describe the school and the classes? Do the GMs plan on creating some sort of system for the school so we have a little bit of a system for everyone to work with?

Whatever this Allison Parker is, she flails about like a worm out of the dirt. Is it a common characteristic of her race? Quite unsightly, I must say. Nebulosa thought to herself as she watched Ally flop backwards and lay there quietly for quite a few moments.

Nebulosa took the brief moments to look over the space they would be sharing. Her side of the room didn't have the strange sleeping apparatus that Ally's did, but rather the sleeping pod Nebulosa was more accustomed to. Praise be to Venestia for small miracles. It seems that rectangular box that Allison is on is their version of a pod. How they manage to be comfortable on that is beyond me.

Nebulosa's attention snapped back to Ally when the girl finally spoke, however, before Nebulosa herself could respond there was a knock at the door. When Ally screamed, Nebulosa flinched at the abrupt noise. Her minions responded to the situation by arranging themselves protectively in front of Nebulosa to shield her from harm. Nebulosa waved them down when she realized that all it was was Ally's companion, a small furry creature with ridiculously big ears on it's head.

“Ally and Max, how quaint. Is it sentient, or simply some sort of boorish creature you let accompany you? Also, I am famished, let us walk to an eating station and gain nourishment while we converse.”
Name:
Luyenshilu

Nickname:
Lulu, or Lucky

Age:
Over eight thousand years old

Gender:
Female

Powers/Skills:
Transformation – She is able to transform between her human guise and her true self, a massive luck dragon. In her human form her powers are reduced so that she can blend in among regular beings, but in her dragon form she is quite powerful.

Luck – She is preternaturally Lucky. With this power, she is capable of extreme good, or extreme bad, Luck. She can bestow this Luck, good or bad, to others, but refuses to do so unless in dire circumstances. Luck can unbalance the universe, and it is not meant to be spent unwisely.

Flight – In both of her forms she is capable of flight. In her human form, however, it is limited and she usually uses it to help her jump between buildings or hop over things. In her dragon form, she can fly at speeds that create lightning flashes.

Nature – Just by being in proximity to flora, she can cause them to grow and bloom. She can manipulate plants into living weapons if necessary. Her control over nature magic is immense. This power is dampened in her human form.

Super Strength – In her human form she is strong enough to lift and throw cars, and in her dragon form she could possibly level an entire city in minutes. This doesn't mean she is stronger than others with super strength, only that her mass makes it easier for her to accomplish the feat more easily.

Titanium-like Scales – Her scales are extremely hard to break through by nearly all weapons, giving her super durability. In her human form this power is negated due to the fact that she loses her scales.

Minor Regeneration – Given enough time, she will heal from any wounds she has sustained. A broken arm can heal in two days for instance.

Staff Wielding – The staff she wields is crafted via her very own nature magic and embedded with a foci (the gem in the head of the staff) for her magic. She can throw the staff and have it return to her at her command, and it is nigh-indestructible. It is a blunt weapon, making it effective at crushing things.

Species:
Luck Dragon

Luck Dragons are divine beings of air, warmth, and pure joy. Despite their great size, they are as light as a summer cloud, and consequently need no wings for flying. They swim in the air of heaven as fish swim in the water. Seen from earth, they look like slow lightning flashes. The most amazing thing about them is their song. Their voice sounds like a golden note of a large bell, and when they speak softly the bell seems to be ringing in the distance.*

Crush:
To be discovered

Relationship:
To be discovered

Appearance(s):

Luyenshilu is very small, standing at about four and a half feet (137 cm) in her human guise, which represents where she is at in her dragon lifespan. As she ages her human and dragon forms will continue to grow.

Personality:
Luyenshilu is very cynical about everything. She has been in the Mortal Realm for millennia and it has harshly changed her from the way a Luck Dragon is supposed to be. Pure joy? She hasn't felt that in eons. She has a no-nonsense attitude and wont put up with any BS thrown her way. She doesn't like getting involved in heroics, but will do it if it ends up being necessary.

History:
Long ago, Luyenshilu lived within the Divine Realm. She swam the seas of heaven with her kin, free and full of joy. She and her kin were stewards of good fortune and brought life to any place among the Divine Realms they visited. They were loved by nearly all of the denizens of the Divine Realm and welcomed wherever they went.

One day, without warning, she was taken from her flock and brought before Shàngdì, the Jade King, one of the Gods of the Divine Realm. He commanded her to go to the Mortal Realm to act as both Guardian and Watcher, and she was thrown to from the heavens without being able to say so much as goodbye to her kin and no further explanation.

Lost and alone, Luyenshilu did as she was told by her God and wandered the Mortal Realm. She tried to help humans by providing them with protection and Luck, but they would grow evil and corrupt while using her powers. Every time she would leave, and every time bad Luck would follow and smite those who she once helped, ending their civilizations.

She knew that Shàngdì must have sent her to the Mortal Realm for a reason, but every betrayal by human kind made her belief in them and her God weaken. Eventually, she decided to no longer help, instead she only Watched, as her God had also commanded her. She watched humans help and hurt each other for millennia in a seemingly pointless cycle. With out permission to return to be back among her kin in the Divine Realms, Luyenshilu has spent much of her time waiting for the moment that Shàngdì sent her here for.

Other:
Shàngdì, the Jade King, is the ruler of a portion of the Divine Realm. He is of the Chinese mythos.

Light filtered through the domed ceiling high above, cascading down in a multitude of colors through the stained glass. It tinted everything in the greenery of one of the school's multitude of gardens in a mysterious and mystical glow. Nebulosa tilted her head thoughtfully to the side as she examined a plant with a vibrant pink inside and a spiky green outer shell. She had never seen one of these on any of the worlds she had come to, and very little flora grew upon Venestia, her birth home. While she peered at the curious plant, a small bug came and landed upon it. With alarming speed, the plant crunched down and trapped the bug inside.

She grinned wickedly at the tricky little plant. A creature after her own heart, indeed. With a telepathic command, she had one of her minions record the event taking place. She would figure out what the ferocious little plant was called later, if she could be bothered to remember, but she had other places to be. Several of her minions floated behind her, carrying all sorts of luggage and odds and ends.

She swept through the gardens, her tentacles writhing beneath her in an unnerving fashion. She turned a corner to see the sign “DORMITORY”, her true destination this day. As she slithered through the corridors of the dorms, she caught students looking at her and whispering behind their hands to each other, and faculty giving her a mean glare as she passed, as if saying “I'll be watching you”. It filled her with no small amount of inner glee to see them so on-edge around her. She could practically bathe in the aromas they exuded, almost ripe and ready to pluck for the eating. Her mentors were right, she was going to enjoy this blasphemous hole of inferiority, especially if they kept tempting her with so many exotic emotions.

Finally, she stopped in front of her dorm. The sign next to the door read “Allison Parker” and, right below it, “Nebulosa Supres”. With but a thought, one of her minions took her student ID and swiped it across the scanner for her, them promptly returned it to where it belonged. The door opened with an airy swishhh.

Immediately, Nebulosa felt incredulous about her accommodations. She didn't mind sharing the room with another student, in fact that part of the arrangement could lead to some interesting moments, but the room was so small. Smaller than anything she was accustomed to, at the very least. The only thing that livened up the space was a presumably female creature with ethereal, fluffy wings fluttering back and forth as if uncertain about what to do.

Nebulosa studied the creature. She hadn't seen a creature with feathered wings before, she was more used to seeing the slaves on PI-9 with their glossy, shell like wings, so the girl before her was certainly interesting. Her minions came from behind her to unload her things on her side of the room, and Nebulosa herself moved her mass into the room. She stood at 9 feet tall, and her imposing height only intensified the feeling that she was looking down on everything and everyone. “Good morning, Allison Parker. I am to be your roommate, Nebulosa Supres. You may call me Nebulosa, or whatever variation of nickname a creature like you would adopt. I suspect you prefer to be called by some sort of cute pet name yourself, tell me so I may address you so.”
