I know of three beings who can. Me, Dark, and Blake. Techi almost could, and the Pinkie series may be able to. Blake is just as strong outside, while all of the Pinkie series (including Surprise) would be rendered nearly powerless, as the laws of logic wouldn't apply outside of existence. I would be severely weakened, due to the nature of the artifacts, but still retain a significant amount of power. Dark would continue to be very powerful outside of Existence as well.
