Welp, they removed the tracker in a location based....tracking....game. Good one Niantic, Pokémon hunting in GO just had to be more random didn't it?

Bio

Roleplay topics of interest: Pokémon is a big one. The canon of the main series games specifically, though I'm cool with a few select points from the anime thrown in. I'm also a big fan of the Mystery Dungeon universe. I'm good with RP'ing as a Trainer, but I can handle playing a Pokémon too. I prefer to have alot of interactions between the characters in an RP. I enjoy to flesh things out and give my character actual 'character'. Original worlds? Eh, I'm ok with as long as I got alot of background to them.

Recently, I've been in the mood to try RP in other series/fandoms, so if I can be sold on an idea, I'll probably look into it. Let it be known that I'm not into anything 18+ or sexual in nature. It's just not my thing.

Roleplay style: For each post that I make, I write about a paragraph or two. I try to include a bit of environmental detail, physical character detail, and sometimes delve into the mind of my characters to see what they think about the situation at hand. I'm trying to get better at expressing my characters emotion through body language since I tend to run out of descriptive words after a few posts. Most of my characters will most likely be teen aged or occasionally young adult. I also try to keep my characters male, but I can play a girl well enough.

Timezone: I feel this is an important thing to mention. My timezone is EST (GMT/UTC-5). During pretty much every month of the year baring July, August, and the later half of December, I'll be going though school during the week. So I'll most likely be able to get posts out on the weekends or later in the day when I get home.

Valiant Village, Sawk and Throh Dojo

As if on cue, Spirit and his group entered the dojo. Turning to look at them, Devon opened his mouth to say something. To finally ask the question that had been eating away at him ever since his conversation with Dylan under the bridge. But alas, it was not meant to be. Spirit and this new Absol guy took their private matters to one of the other rooms, making the Totodile's mouth clamp shut as they came past. Crap. Guess I'll just catch up with Spirit after they're done....

At least he could make some conversation until then. Rico piped up, with Devon turning to the Riolu and smiling. "Hey Rico. It's going....Fine." He didn't know quite how to answer that question. The seemingly random panic from earlier still left him a bit confused. Then Lulu chimed in, and though what she said didn't quite give him some clarity, it did impress him. The twins amazing feat made his smile grow wider. "Whoa! Really? That's awesome guys! I thought Riolu weren't even able to learn that! And you used it to save your Dad huh?" Waving his claw in a circle a bit, he frowned. "Is that why everyone in town was flipping out back there? You were busy duking it out with someone? What's the deal with that? You're all ok right?"

Dusting himself off a bit, Devon looked down at Celty slumped on the ground and sighed. "Don't beat yourself up Celty. I'm sure Gredy will be fine. He probably just dived into some random building, and is hiding like everyone else. I'm sure this will blow over soon."

Turning to face the rest of the dojo, the Totodile found himself looking at an empty arena type area. Gredy had said that Spirit had taken Rico and Lulu here for training, but it certainly didn't look to be the truth. "Spirit was supposed to be here right? Where is he then? I doubt he freaked out and ran off like the rest of us...." Putting his claws to his mouth he called out. "Hey! Anyone home!?"
@Iatos

It's fine man. Just plan things out a bit more. This whole situation just kinda put everyone in a tight spot. It could have been handled better.
@Shiny Keldeo

Dude, you could've told iatos to just chill during the stuff with Flash. You're right, the fact that he just threw his character into the situation based on a hunch is unfair and frankly unrealistic. You're the GM. You do have the right to enforce what counts as unrealistic/unfair.

Still gazing off at the random group of heavily injured Pokémon, Devon shook his head out of the trance and turned back around to continue walking with everyone else. Picking up the pace a bit as he really wanted to find Spirit before anything else happened. Then the booming voice went off, and made him jump a bit. Looking around again the Totodile was met with the sight of many Pokémon rapidly fleeing into various buildings. "Huh? What's going on? Why's everyone freaking out?"

He didn't really have much time to ponder the thought though. Celty had already reached over and grabbed his hand to drag him through the streets. Causing Devon to squirm a bit in her grip. "Hey! Hold on! Seriously, what's happening!? I heard them say no panic, but this REALLY looks like panic!"
@Shiny Keldeo

Alright, I just read the last few posts. What are me, @Ninian, @Bright_Ops, @Empour, and @Noklu supposed to do now? An entire event just passed us by without any of our input, and now we really have no place to put our characters.

Jaunting along at a rather steady pace, Devon followed the others as Gredy led them to this 'dojo' place. Which he assumed was meant for training since that's what Rico and Lulu were there for. The Totodile's head still twisting and turning to look around the colorful town as he walked. Breathing in the sights. That is, until a hoard of horribly beaten and battered Pokémon rushed past his party. Turning his head around to look behind his shoulder, the reptile frowned. "Whoa. What happened to those guys? They look like they all got the crap beaten out of them. I hope they're ok...."

The fact the Gredy actually knew where Spirit was made a Devon grin wide. "You know where he is? That's great Gredy! If you could lead us to this dojo place, that'd be awesome! Thank you! I'm ready to go any time!"

Devon nodded at Celty once she agreed to come with, a bit of worry on his face as he glanced at the Mawile for a few moments. Something was bothering her, but the reptile was sure what. Then a toothy smile came across his maw as he eyed the Eevee near her which the Totodile assumed was Gredy. "A team huh? Don't listen to her dude, Celty would make a great team mate. I'm sure you'll be happy to have her. I'm Devon by the way."

It wasn't long after Devon introduced himself to the Normal-type that another Pokémon approached them. Of all of his memories that seemed foggy, his knowledge of Pokémon was at least mostly intact. Except for this instance. He had absolutely no clue what this little orange and black creature was. He however did a mental shrug once he focused on the newcomer, deciding it didn't really matter what species someone was as long as they were nice. Unfortunately, the information that the little thing bared made Devon's smile dip down a bit as his arms hung his sides. "What? Spirits not at the guild? Crap. Uh...Sorry, but we don't know where the guild master could have went. He's a Lucario though. Nothing really different or unique about him either."

Turning back to the river, Devon gestured to Dylan with his hand in a sort of 'come on' motion. Ideas tossed around in his head on how they could locate the missing guild master. Hm....Who would know where Spirit is?.....Oh! The other kids from the guild! I bet Lulu and Rico probably know where their Dad is.

The first stage Water-type spun back around to face Gredy, Celty, and the Snowrunt once again with a new found smile. "But I know someone who might know where Spirit is. His two kids, Rico and Lulu. I dunno where they are but...Good bet is that they're somewhere around town. We should check out some of the other buildings guys."
