Welp, they removed the tracker in a location based....tracking....game. Good one Niantic, Pokémon hunting in GO just had to be more random didn't it?

Bio

Roleplay topics of interest: Pokémon is a big one. The canon of the main series games specifically, though I'm cool with a few select points from the anime thrown in. I'm also a big fan of the Mystery Dungeon universe. I'm good with RP'ing as a Trainer, but I can handle playing a Pokémon too. I prefer to have alot of interactions between the characters in an RP. I enjoy to flesh things out and give my character actual 'character'. Original worlds? Eh, I'm ok with as long as I got alot of background to them.

Recently, I've been in the mood to try RP in other series/fandoms, so if I can be sold on an idea, I'll probably look into it. Let it be known that I'm not into anything 18+ or sexual in nature. It's just not my thing.

Roleplay style: For each post that I make, I write about a paragraph or two. I try to include a bit of environmental detail, physical character detail, and sometimes delve into the mind of my characters to see what they think about the situation at hand. I'm trying to get better at expressing my characters emotion through body language since I tend to run out of descriptive words after a few posts. Most of my characters will most likely be teen aged or occasionally young adult. I also try to keep my characters male, but I can play a girl well enough.

Timezone: I feel this is an important thing to mention. My timezone is EST (GMT/UTC-5). During pretty much every month of the year baring July, August, and the later half of December, I'll be going though school during the week. So I'll most likely be able to get posts out on the weekends or later in the day when I get home.

The sudden whoosh of movement from the trees caused Devon's head to whip around to face the woods. "Hey, I heard it. Something moving around in the trees...." Shrugging, the teen turned around to continue walking with the group. "It's probably just a wild Pokémon though. Nothing to worry about."
@Ninian For now, unless civilian, only first stage. Villians may be an exception.

Glyph the Flygon and Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@MagusDream
Lilisette's playful taunting caused Devon to narrow his eyes at the Kirlia and smirked. "What, you think I can't do it? It's just Water Gun. How hard can it be?" he said with a shrug.

Everyone had agreed to get going now, and it seemed like they had elected the Totodile himself as leader. The small reptile grinned at their choice, that is until Lilisette pointed out the obvious. Only causing him to grin wider as he walked past the Psychic and flicked her shoulder. "My sense of direction is great! We'll find that Brick guy in no time. And hey," Spinning around once he stepped out the now open door into the hallway, the Water-type put his claws on his hips to wink Lilisette. "Since you're soooo confident in me, you can be my test dummy when I practice Water Gun Lilisette."

A detested sigh escaped Glyph's lips at Lance's selective hearing. Oh Lance....I'll need to assist him with his attention issues sometime later.... Taking a moment to cough into his fist, the Flygon went for another drawer in his desk. "Well, now that you all have your objective, if they are no more questions, I must take my leave as well. I'll be off visiting Robel at Rhys' clinic, and if permitted I may have a conference with the Sibyl." The old Guildmaster took from the desk a plush round cap, which after a few shakes he let rest atop his head. A friendly smile was directed towards the new members. "Good luck everyone. If you need any further assistance, Axton, Duster, and Toren will be here at the Guild for the rest of the day attending to their chores. As well, Pyrrha's famous dance troupe will be coming to the Town Square this afternoon. I highly recommend watching their show when you have the time, but do not forget your training!"

Letho the Sableye
[Folio's Trunk - Town Path F7]

@Shiny Keldeo@Lucius Cypher@Ninian
Xicu. The mention of that name caused Letho's cold body to drop a few more degrees. His head unnaturally twisted behind him once again to set the sights of his wide diamond eyes on the party. "That's cause even the Guildmaster knows not to screw with that thing! I sure hope we ain't going that deep, other than Xicu, I don't even think anyone lives down there."

Head twisting back to face that narrow path in front of them with a sickening crack, the Sableye let out a puff of wind. "I say we just keep doing what we're doing, go down into the Roots, and cover every inch of each floor before fourteen. If we don't find this guy you're looking for Gren, then we bail. Sure it'll still be dangerous, but that's what being a Guildie is all about. Living life on the edge. Beating up criminals, exploring dangerous dungeons, and occasionally doing boring chores! It's the life I tell ya." The mon said, nonchalant smile returning to brighten up the dark and stuffy cavern.

Devon the Totodile
[Lilac Meadow]

@Shiny Keldeo@Polaris North@Ninian
Devon's raging tackle was, for lack of a better description, not very effective as he glided past the hole that the arachnid had ducked into. The ceaseless anger on the Totodile's features still didn't seem to dim, in fact it grew as he turned his head to look behind his shoulder at the h-Then everything went blurry as he smacked face first into a tree. The flattened reptile slid down the tall oak and landed on his stomach. Pain shooting through the entirety of his small body like a rapid river, the [Rage]ing red glow in the gators iris's faded away as he sluggishly rolled onto his back groaning. "Ugh....Did...Did we....Did we win?"

A struggling cry escaped Devon when he put his palms to the ground and pushed himself up to lean against the tree trunk. His gaze flashing black rapidly due to his blinking trying to force away the blurriness. What the Big Jaw Pokémon did manage to catch in the areas between the dots littering his vision was Omen and some Sylveon hovering over the Absol, the Riolu twins and their friends standing by, and Zaru with Celty, the Mawile facing away from the scene of Omen and the other Fairy. The Water-type's blue lips pulled up in a forced toothy grin. The happy expression tarnished by the area under his eyes and over top his snout having an faint purple hue, and many small cuts and bites defacing his torso. "Looks...Like...We did...Good job guys...."

The Totodile's body then went limp. Eyes shutting as he slumped against his bag.

@Shiny Keldeo Fair enough then.
@Shiny Keldeo I understand that, but setting up a hasty event like this then having the final segment of it be just swiftly solved by the GM, truly makes it feel pointless you know? It could have been more if you let it be more.
Celty began to glow white while ripples of energy appeared above and around the Ariados. [CELTY used ROCK SLIDE!] Rocks materialized out of the ripples, raining down upon the gang's leader.

The Ariados Leader suddenly realized his predicament, and dove back into the ground to avoid the double attack. The Mawile's Rock Slide fell harmlessly around the hole he'd dug, and he avoided that Rage-Filled Totodile.

Um, no. That's not how gravity works. The rocks that were stated to have been raining down upon the Ariados would not just 'harmlessly fall around the hole'. They would tumble into the hole along after him and most likely crush him no matter the direction or speed that he digs. Also, this is the second time that there has been an encounter that you seemed to have magically solved in one post using your own characters, leaving players involved in the fight to have done basically nothing.

I'm only saying this since the last time an encounter happened in a similar fashion, it caused alot of people to grow uneasy of the RP.

@Shiny Keldeo
@MagusDream Oh shit man. I'm sorry to hear about that. Also sorry for sort of skipping over you in the RP. We honestly thought you vanished like alot of other RP'ers on this site. Though I completely understand, RL before RP. You and them doing ok now?
