Once upon a time, I used to cheer for May the 4th... now I cry with disappointment. *Except Clone Wars S7 and the Mandalorian - they are awesome*

Forum: Casual Interest Checks
@DrewVonAwesome Ah man... that really cuts my options down. I thought like movies could work. At least I still get to keep Tony and/or Powergirl.
However, I'm starting to have a few more ideas... maybe have Eren Jaeger be an Anime hero... a western villain being- hey wait a minute. Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Star Wars: Rebels are basically cartoons in of itself! So Vader should be qualified due to Rebels! Yes he first stared in the movies, but here you have it... he being in a cartoon. Now Boba Fett could've been the same if he was in it, but alas he is not, so I'm taking him out of the equation. However Vader should still be operational. I could modify him to be a tragic defeat as Anakin Skywalker in like a burnt apartment and then put into a suit... and make his own lightsaber because... why not lol. He won't have any stormtroopers or anything like that, but may have other support of the local milita/army.
And if that doesn't cut it...? Idk man...
The human Godzilla I kinda get and understand, but then again... he's been in comics and cartoons too (even though again its not the same thing).

So it has been decided... Team Ryu will conceive of; Light, Shin, and Elsword.
Team Gojira will conceive of; Ahsoka, Jolyne, Neptune, and Plutia.
Lapis and Abel are in their separate group, which might as well be called Team Lapis.
And so the teams have been made. They'll be back at the North gate by 6:00 PM.

Team Ryu
Ryu felt incredibly awkward and utterly humiliated as he was forced to give Shin a piggyback ride. Not to mention considering his whole endeavor with the ice cream shop, made the champion all the more uncomfortable. Why did he have to take the weird folk? Shouldn't Gojira-San be the one more relative to them? Then again, he might as well be looking weird to everyone else anyways. With a defeated sigh, he simply straightens up to this fact.
"Alright..." he says with a sigh, "Lets get going. Follow me."
And with that, Team Ryu heads southeast on Liberty St, not knowing what they will find in this new world.

Team Gojira
"We won't." Gojira-San replies to the torgutian jedi as she nods towards the two CPUs joining her group.
She did feel slightly sorry for Ryu, especially for taking the fat cat on his back. However, this was no sightseeing trip. She and the others must find a way back home. With the train the previous group found that happened to be a terminal in of itself, they feel like they should find more of these terminals... wherever and whatever they may be. They might as well find some allies to help them fight those bastards back in the previous world... or not. Then again, might as well make with the peaceful scenario at hand. She turns to the southwest street Manchester St and signals the group to come with her.
"Come." she says, "We'll go this way."
But before she could go, something was tossed at her. She was barely able to catch the object, considering she was totally oblivious to it.
"Take this." Ryu calls out, "I believe its a comn-link device or something, basically a fancier version of a phone. We can keep in touch with one another this way."
"Alright." Gojira-San replies as she puts it in her pocket, "Meet you guys back here at 6."
"Likewise." Ryu replies and with a simple nod, they headed in their chosen directions.
And so their journey into EastGate... has begun!

"Just scout out the local area." Ghidorah-San replies, "See what you can find. Enemies, potential allies, whatever. Just give us a visual on the surrounding area."
Kars then mentions Ultron should come with him.
"Of course I have night vision." the robot responds, "But for now, I suggest we~"
But before he could finish, another newcomer has appeared from the shadows, he being the Decepticon, Starscream. Taking slightly off guard, they prepared their weapons, only to find out that he seemed to be wanting to join them.
"What an excellent display of your leadership skills." Starscream gestured to the mutilated corpses of Starkiller's soldiers, "The weak have no place among those of superior construction!"
"State your business stranger." the sith lord would remark back with his lightsaber ignited in his hand.
Starscream then continued on making his speech, glancing briefly at the army surrounding him. "However, despite their uselessness, one still requires a large number of them to form a strong military force. From what I have observed, you have experienced a dramatic loss of much of your forces, and no doubt require replacements for them." He gestured towards some of the more battered vehicles nearby.
"Indeed." Satsuki answers back unemotionally, "We've taken a bit of a hit. All because of that grey fiend!"
"Allow Starscream to join your forces, and you will have gained an ace worth a thousand soldiers!"
The Conquerers would then look, signal him to wait a minute, and discuss upon themselves, whispering to themselves.
"Starscream... wait, isn't he a Decepticon? Part of a faction that we've been meaning to ally with?"
"He is. I figured we would be speaking to the supreme commander, Megatron... but to have his second in command come to us... its something to say the least."
"But I hear he's a traitor! What if he~"
"Only to Megatron. Besides, he's known more as a coward then anything."
"But those troops he mentions... we are in need of them badly. Even if he does have some form of betrayal, we'll deal with him personally."
"Alas, he seems to be THE Starscream. I suggest we take advantage of this... after all, we were instructed to find and ally with them, so this is just want we need."
They would then agree and face back towards Starscream.
"You'll be accepted." Ghidorah-San says to the transformer, "After all, we were in search of your group for the same ideas. But before we can do so, it appears leader Megatron isn't here to... how should we say... officially document this, since we were supposed to find him personally. However, show us the forces you speak of, and we will take you in and align with the Decepticons without question."

As the Ethereal scans the area with the team, Biollante-San magically forms right beside him in a smooth transition via her spores.
"Reporting in." the plant kaiju-hybrid says softly as she holds her umbrella tightly, "What are your orders?"
