As Zeruel entered the throne room, he initially noticed how Imperator Deva looked to be in a state of both panic and terror, which was similar to what Iona felt when she was reading the scroll. However, he would consider asking that question later as he gives her the paper. Her calm nature was restored, perhaps momentarily, as she began looking at the scroll. Deva then asks what else he wants to tell her and what the scroll really mean't. Basically, the Laguna Angel begins to recite what he initially recalled from Iona.
"DURING THE BATTLE OF ARCADIA, I ENCOUNTERED TWO UNIDENTIFIED HUMANOID UNITS, BOTH RADIATING WITH A LARGE FORCE OF SHEER RAW AURA AND POWER. ONE LOOKED LIKE A VAMPIRE-ESQUE FEMALE. THE OTHER A FEMALE BULL. THE FORMER GAVE ME THIS SCROLL, WHICH I TOOK BACK BEFORE THEY LEFT IN THEIR PORTAL. THEY WERE PLANNING SOMETHING, BUT I COULDN'T IDENTIFY THEIR MOTIVES, OTHER THAN THE TERMS "DASIL" AND NOTED THEM SAYING HOHENHEIM'S LABORATORY. WHEN I GOT BACK HERE, I WAS STOPPED BY IONA, WHO EXPLAINED THE CONTENTS OF THE LETTER.
OVERALL, IT SPEAKS OF RAGNAROK.
ACCORDING TO IONA, SHE BELIEVES THAT THOSE TWO, MOST CERTAINLY PART OF SOME LARGER GROUP OF WHOEVER COMMANDS THEM, SOMEHOW FOUND A WAY INTO THE NEXUS, A BYPASS, USING THE BATTLE OF ARCADIA TO WEAKEN THE BARRIER. SHE BELIEVES ANOTHER CRISIS IS IN OUR HANDS AND THAT ANOTHER BATTLE WILL COME BEFORE ARCADIA FINISHES, PRESUMABLY WITH THEM. WITH THIS INFORMATION, IONA REQUESTS I GATHER SOME OF MY LAGUNA ANGELS AND PREPARE FOR THE NEXT INEVITABLE CONFLICT WITH THEM, ONLY AFTER I FIRST DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU...
