On the surface, Nero comes off as a rather silly and lighthearted person, frequently engaging in comical behavior and retaining his oft-present grin even while making threats. He displays a childlike amusement for new situations whether or not they prove adverse or even potentially fatal, he has a penchant for wandering off on his own. Even with all these idiosyncrasies, Nero is extremely personable and has a particularly complimentary nature that easily gains him the friendship and trust of those surrounding him.
Of course, these aspects hide the complex and determined young man underneath. On the reverse side of his frivolous nature is his considerable shrewdness, which makes him quite capable of reading people and situations. He is particularly observant, taking into consideration even the smallest details of his surroundings in order to better understand and deal with challenges and is not above using cheap tricks or questionable tactics to ensure his own survival. Being singularly ambitious, Nero also has a remarkably tenacious will that allows him to overcome virtually insurmountable obstacles and accept inhuman burdens for the sake of his own ultimate goal. Nero has a considerable pride that will not stand for having his humanity insulted or condemned by his enemies, but Nero is also capable of shelving his pride if it becomes something that will stand in the way of his objective.
Nero is very protective of family and comrades, refusing to allow any harm to come to them and often deem their safety more important than his own in spite of his own personal ambitions and goals. Nero has to be reminded several times that his own safety is something upon which many people depend and he uses his loved ones as hid primary motivation when all hope seems lost. As such, he becomes furious when observing those who willingly or remorselessly cast aside their own comrades or brethren and is sickened by the idea of superiors who reject their duty to those who trust them.

Garasu Otome is a female spirit. Her hair is long and straight, ending at her lower back and is an unusual shade of Lavender. Her skin is fair and unblemished, giving her a doll like impression. She is very serious, to the point were even the funniest of jokes don't have an affect on her. She sees everything that needs to be done and gets it done, doing everything necessary to do so, pushing Nero to do the same. But this side of her is only as brittle as the glass she manipulates, she can have a very bad temper, yelling curse words and insults at Nero for making a mistake. She is clad in a simple purple night gown.
-Inner world:-
Nero's inner word is simple, a clear sky, with glass as the ground, glass that stretches for miles. On the underside of that glass, is were Garasu Otome resides, often looking down (or up) as him.
-Sealed appearance:-
This Zanpakuto is itself is a bit darker then a normal katana's, ending up making it look dark purple. The blade sits comfortably on his right hip left handed wielding.
-Shikai appearance:-
Nero's Zanpakuto changes extensively when entering its Shikai form, traversing ancient cultures and time, transforming into straight, single and curved edged blade. The blade is made from Reiatsu infused glass, most likely obsidian, famous for producing an edge far sharper than even high quality steel razor blades.

Upon releasing his Zanpakuto, Nero gains the power to create and manipulate Glass, and the many forms it comes in. The strength of the glass is limited by the amount Reiatsu invested into it.
-Shikai skills:-
1.Garasu no Otomesenshi (Maidens Warrior of Glass)(Passive/Active)
This is Nero's main skill of use and choice, and is usually called upon first in battle. It has 2 parts, first Nero gains a circular mirror shield that has similar abilities and properties to his Seinaru Garasumirā ability. He wears this shield, which manifests on his wrist, on his right arm. This shield can Passively absorb projectile attacks if the Reiatsu infested in it can withstand the force, store it, and relfect it back later, creating devastating beams and rays. Secondly, his Zanpakuto, gains a dark purple tint and a new abilty. Every strike that hits the blade, his stored, taking in the force of everyone of his opponents sword swing, and can be throwm back at them all in one swing. Theoretically, this can scale infinatly, reflecting a sword swing from a veteran captians blow back at him if he can sirvie the initial force. The abilty is broken when the shield is shattered, and all he pent up energy immediately disapates. After taking 16 swings, it will have to release the energy, but projectiles, are situational, like, taking a cero would mean he could store no more energy, and have to reflect it, but it can absord multiple Bala's.

Garasu otome no me (Eyes of the Glass Maiden)
Nero raises his blade horizontal to his body, once yelling or mumbling these words, no matter the place, a 5 inch thick, 10 feet high, 5 feet wide wall of Reiatsu infused reflective glass wall is erected. This wall can can absorb projectile attacks depending on the Reiatsu invested to the wall, and throw it back at the enemy infused with his Reiatsu. But if it is hit with a blade or fist, it will shatter.

Garasu Otome no Mamida (Tears of the Glass Maiden)
Large drops of molten glass roles of the edge of Nero's Zanpakuto, creating multiple floating balls of liquid glass filled Reiatsu that can be detonated at anytime, they can be kept from exploding for days at a time as long are fed Reiatsu. Once blown up, molten glass globs onto the victim and the residual area, burning and hardening to point that only few can break (Arrancar, Captains, few Lieutenants). Once hardened, Nero can manipulate it.

Garasu Otome no ha (Teeth of the Glass Maiden)
Nero creates a pillar of glass that he commands to shatter. The pillar breaks into shards of glass as small as grains of sand. This sand like glass is directed at the enemy, and those who aren't strong enough to withstand it are torn to shreds. Once directed at the enemy, if it hits or not, it will dissipate afterwords.

Garasu otome no dasshi(Skin of the Glass Maiden)
A thin layer of clear glass is applied to Nero's body, which protects him from blades, but is shattered by projectiles. This is moulded to the contours of his body, allowing him such free movement, it is so thin he can barely notice it it there. It is strong enough to withstand 1 if not 3 sword strikes from a captain, before shattering.

Zanjutsu - Expert
Swordsmanship is the deciding factor in many fights, and Nero strives to survive and fight to reach his goals, on order to do that, he needs his the sword skills to help him achieve them.
Kido - Mastery
Nero is a very strategic fighter, taking his as much information as he can to beat his enemy in as many ways possible. The versatility that Kido provides is second to none in Nero's mind.
Hakuda - Average
Hand to hand combat was never Nero's thing, he viewed as useless to his fighting style, and would rather take the change at using a weapon than his hands.
Hoho - Expert
Shunpo is another asset to Nero's fighting style and strategy. Versatility and flexibility on the battle field is the bread and butter of Nero's fighting style.
