Your confusing me @Ira, what is the attack, Rayne can see and dodge them no problem, thats not the point. You said that there were 2 after images, one of which was performing the one inch punch, and the other, multiple Haki punches are raining down on him. You specified afterimage infront of him, so who is the real one? Raining down gives me the idea that you are above him, am I right to assume this?

And your the only Logia type user in the Rp, smoke at that. You bassicly have no known elemental counter. Fadel is weakened due to his First Hogakeing, Dirk is not combat suited, and Jax is a sniper, not much can be done about that. Not to mention, he's secretly CP. Your biggest threat is Fadel, with his haki plants.

To be frank, though, Dirk's absolutely going to progress beyond more of what he's already got. Which isn't hard, because what he's got right now is practically nothing, though more physical strength ought to be a good start.
