Personality: Selene is the amalgamation of a base monster and a martyred cleric. From this union was born a woman who devoted herself to the betterment of others. She has yet to be seen without a gentile smile among the company of others, always speaking softly as though a mother to a child. There isn't an ounce of animosity in her gelatinous form, a pacifist through and through. Selene's wish is to spread the gift of her healing to all who need it. Rich or poor, leprous or feverish, mortal or monster, she gives herself freely to all. 

This leaves her having difficulty requesting the help of others, and often leads to her working herself to the point of exhaustion. As she constantly travels across the lands, she rarely finds herself sleeping in conditions better then a dry alley or beneath a shady tree. Being penniless as she is, she has taken to eating the trash and refuse left behind. To her it is just another service she takes up to better others, recycling their waste to fuel her powers. 

Backstory: Long ago, a cleric of unmatched piety and compassion was slain, giving her life to save others by pacifying a rampaging monster who had brought untold terror to the land. Her magic was so great that where she had fallen, life bloomed from the earth without restraint, a holy light radiating from her body long after her soul passed on. 

Long ago, a simple slime, not even capable of conscious thought, came upon this martyr and attempted to consume her corpse. Suffused with the clerics power, the two became one and produced a new being in the form of Selene. 

Likes: Seeing the happiness she brings to others. Finding fresh fruit or vegetables in the dumpster. Meeting other people who share her passion for altruistic pursuits. Cloudless nights under the full moon. 

Dislikes: Asking things of others. Eating meat. Seeing the suffering of others. Sleeping in the rain and mud. Violence in general. 

Talents/Skills: The fluids compromising Selene's body act as the means with which she heals. It can be applied as a salve over open wounds or ingested to deal with illness, infirmity, or infertility. For mortal wounds that pose an imminent threat to the victim's life Selene can pull the victim's entire body inside herself, inducing a sort of stasis that preserves and immobilizes them as she works to heal them. Alternatively she could choose to permeate a patient's body, usually done as a means to combat internal damage or disease. Note, she can not regrow entire severed limbs, but she can reattach a limb if it was kept in good condition. 

Possesses the ageless body a slime, also conferring immunity to physical blows. Earth magic does little but displace her, and water will be absorbed given time. Radiation has peculiar affects upon Selene, but they have yet to be recorded. While capable of changing her form and features with ease, she prefers to bear the image of the original cleric that produced her.

Weakness: Has no potential for combat, neither the will or the ability to commit violence upon others. Electricity will paralyze her, while strong enough fire can evaporate and kill her. Is easily manipulated if she believes she is helping others. Is immobilized when holding a patient inside herself. Martyr complex.
