Been busy lately, courtesy of the guy who thought that it was a good idea to have 3 assignments and a test due in the same week.

Bio

Anyone remember the period a little after guildfall, when the site didn't have a lot of work put into it, the servers went down pretty often and people were moving out? We waited and waited until boom, Mahz made America the guild great again. That was about where I left off.

My mistake was trying to take on everything at once (and being cringy as hell but I mean come on). Well now I'm back, and better than ever.

And I'll be damned if I let anything get in the way of having a good time.

"Don't worry, I could kick your ass any day of the week with or without slow reduction." Nova retorted. "But grumpy here doesn't want us to fight, and I aint in a position to benefit otherwise."
Wasting his time was something Finn did regularly, but it always had a point. If he fought a strong enemy, it wasn't necessarily because he would win. It was always possible, but that wasn't really the point. Each time he fought them he'd get closer and closer to winning, even if he lost. But he knew a pointless fight when he saw one, and a duel with any king was close to hopeless in his current state. There were times when he fought pointless fights, but he wasn't in the mood to waste his time.

It seemed Mauve Night was pretty peeved. Finn could sympathize, as he was also pretty annoyed, but his anger had been tempered down somewhat. The Red King had brought him back to earth a little bit, but it didn't abate his thirst for fighting. In the end he just wanted to crack some skulls, and in a way, being a messenger could actual help him do that.
"I'll send the damn message later, I can do it whenever I want. Right now, I'm feeling a little... evangelical." He said to the rogue. "Although, I don't have many pamphlets. I only got one fist right now."

With that, Blue Nova began walking away, towards blue guild territory. Or at least, what used to be blue territory. If he wanted to both spread the word and crack some skulls, then there was an easy solution. There were probably some blue guilders like him somewhere duking it out with the whites and greens. Maybe there were even some red guilders here and there. He could just beat the crap out of the white and green guys and tell the rest that blue and red had an alliance. He'd get to punch guys and do what the red king wanted, a win-win situation.
"I'm off to spread the word." Nova said, calling back to the two avatars. "We can settle this later, Mauve, if I'm alive by the end of it."
With that he ran off to find some conflict.

Well, the plan had worked to some extent. In an ideal world the shelves would've fallen onto the warden and crushed it, but he supposed that they would've had to jump up into the air to come down on the gargoyle. Still, he'd achieved what he wanted to - he'd managed to take the heat off his teammates. Although now it was chasing him instead.

Derrick ran between the fallen bookcases as fast as he could. The current state of the library floor would and the fact that the Jailor could fly would most definitely spell doom for Derrick if he didn't do something about it. He did have a plan in mind, but unfortunately, it wasn't very good. He briefly debated not going through with it, citing the Jailor's apparent ability to show up out of nowhere as an argument against carrying it out. But his legs were already moving, leading the Jailor away from his friends, towards the carpet of probably rather angry spiders.

The plan was as follows: Have the jailor chase Derrick and shoot fire at him, he lures it to the spiders and then quickly retreats just after the Jailor shoots fire. Hopefully the fire would hit the spiders and go to town on the Jailor while Derrick runs to safety. It wasn't what you could call a solid plan, as things that didn't fly probably didn't have a good chance to get tot he jailor. Still, it would buy time for the rest of the team to run away, and if it went well, he would also get out scot-free. But that was a pretty big if.

Derrick saw the spiders up ahead, pouring out of the fallen bookshelves. He stopped running and turned straight around to face the Jailor, halberd at the ready. He eyed a set of intact bookshelves by the side that had escaped the chaos, as well as the spiders coming up from behind. He had to time this right or it wouldn't work. Tightening his grip on the halberd, he steeled his nerves and waited.

I'll post today but I have stuff to do so you'll have to wait a bit.
Was also sort of waiting for stuff, but then I got bogged down with some portfolios. I should be all good for now until a while, though.
The Blue Nova spat some dust out of his mouth.
"Fine, have it your way." He said to the red king.
He would've loved to fight the red king any other day, but he wasn't stupid enough to think he had a chance of beating him with only one arm. Not that he didn't want to fight the Red King with only arm, but he knew he wouldn't get anything out of it with the state he was in. Fighting him now would be much more pointless than usual, at least, and he didn't feel like wasting his time like that. As for telling people about the alliance, he could do that sooner or later. He wasn't sure why the red king told him specifically, since he was never the most connected of people, but he had his own method of spreading word.

Blue Nova tested his right arm. It didn't hurt much, but it didn't move either. Not a big deal, considering he had a whole other arm and 2 legs. And if he lost those, he could always crawl and bite people to death.
"Hey you." He said to the rogue, adjusting his armour. "What's your name? I want a rematch when this is all over."

Thomas started walking up the stairs, idly wondering how he would handle the situation. He wasn't exactly here for business reasons, but it wouldn't be a bad thing to be professional. It could be easier to talk to her as a representative of his club, but such an approach was generally impersonal, and while he was certainly a representative of the school newspaper, that wasn't exactly what he was here for. Still, it would probably do for a start. As for he was here for, he didn't know if she wanted to talk about it. Still, there was no harm in trying.

Before he knew it he'd arrived at the student council president's hospital room. Or at least, the one that the receptionist had directed him to. He hesitantly approached the door, wondering if it was prudent to knock and enter or just knock and wait. Surely she had some visitors, or maybe she was asleep. Thomas briefly debated simply leaving this to another day, but he knew that wouldn't be a good idea. Sighing in resignation, Thomas decided to knock and wait. He'd do something based on what happened next.

He knocked on the door 3 times. Whatever response he got, he'd try to get through. He had something important to say, after all.

Aaron, Eris, and Yoshino as for as I'm aware.

Thanks.
Derrick almost cursed, but managed to keep his voice in check. Getting injured would be very dangerous for them considering they didn't really have a safe place to rest. But they would have to think on that later, there was more action to be had yet.

Derrick stared on as the warden breathed fire and switched positions as the gargoyles moved, trying to figure out what he could do for the team effort. He could push over some bookcases, but he doubted that it would hit the Jailor at all. Still, better than nothing, right?

He picked up a book, lobbing it at the jailor, before pushing the bookshelves between him and the gargoyles forward. As they fell, Derrick ran and away from Kenza and Mistletoe, behind another set of bookshelves. He hoped the jailor would follow, but more than that, he hoped his actions hadn't impeded his teammates.
Hey, who's in the hospital right now?
I'll post today sometime. Dunno when though.
