Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

“Thank you, and please come see us again!” Tuscon takes your coin, quickly counting them out before handing the three books to Buddy, who stored them in his bag. Once the transaction was done Buddy motioned towards the door, ready to leave. It was still bright outside and things seem peaceful enough. Though near the book shop was the park where the group had went to yesterday. Buddy was looking over at it intently.
The receptionist smiles and bows her head as the party choose the day treatment. She directed the ranger to a door designated for men, and directed Nanaya to another door designated for women. "I'm afraid that I wouldn't know, I just started working an hour ago and your group would be the first customers I've served. Additionally, we do not disclose our customer's privacy. I hope you understand. But feel free to converse with any of our other patrons, if you wish to ask around." The receptionist took note of how Fera was reacting to the scents and gave her a sympathetic smile. "If you wish, we have a resting area where your friend can wait. We only have natural scents there. The day treatment should only take an hour."

Meanwhile, in the male changing room Martin would find a surprising guest. A woman, and not one who appears to be a patron. She seems to be searching through the various locked boxes and other containers, opening them by force if need be.

"Alight. Okay! This is a good p-plan! Good luck everyone!"

Not much else to discuss. Who knows what the villain team is going to do, so once everyone had their task everyone moved as quickly as they could. As everyone separated Donny jumped into the air, his form taking on a vaguely worm like shape before he slammed into the ground. Using his bones to dig away at the ground and his blacken mass to consume the remains, he was able to tunnel with alarming speed even though the asphalt and cement. He dug at least five feet into the ground, his body spread wide in order to create a tunnel that was slightly large enough for Junko to at least stay on her two feet without crawling. Normally Donny makes much smaller tunnels that are thinner, a few inches in diameter at most, but obviously Junko wouldn't be able to follow him if Donny did that. Compared to the others he was moving slowly, but the fact he was moving underground at a consistent running pace meant he was moving quickly and stealthily. Or at least Donny hoped so. "I hope none of them have tremor sense or something..."

There was another hazard Donny needed to be aware of. Since his tunnels were slightly larger, he needed to make sure that he didn't tunnel into any foundation that might collapse on him. Which again, normally isn't much of a problem for Donny since he can just consume it before he gets crushed to death, but he didn't want to risk Junko's safety by inadvertently burying her under ground. There was also the matter of direction. Occasionally, Donny would send a single tendril towards the surface to get a glance of his surroundings just so he could get his bearings. Donny didn't see any brief cases as he was doing this, but he could at least make sure he was still within the testing grounds or possibly even spy someone from the villain team. Anyone else who might somehow glance at him would only see a small black dot from the ground, easily mistaken as a small oil spill or just some asphalt.

"Oh. That reminds me. J-J-Jun- Uh, I mean uh Kurowai-san, do you need a w-w-weapon?" As Donny continued to dig forward he took out his cellphone and turned it's light on so Junko could see him extend some limbs out from his body. One looked like a sharpen length of bone or perhaps a long claw that could be handled like a knife. The other was (presumably Donny's) skull on a stiff spine, a suitable bludgeon. The last one was just multiple bits of Donny's bones connected by his black membranes, creating a sort of organic whip or chain. "T-They're not very sturdy, but better than nothing, r-r-right? Feel free to t-t-t-t-take what you need!" Donny offered these weapons as he continued to dig forward, the sound of his talons scraping against the stone and dirt echoing through the tunnel. His body grumbled like a very loud stomach as it consumed every bit that touched his dark mass.

Couple yeah.
You can see that Tayang's been patched up. Not perfectly mind you, but he's not at any risk of infection or further harm as of this moment.
"Dwarves are mountain born. While they were mostly craftsman, smiths and such, they've received some training in classic dwarven combat training. None experienced in a real fight, but it won't take me long to get them familiar with the basics. Once we return to Red Shard I can have them convert the greataxes into battleaxes, which ought to cover equipment costs if we plan to arm em. Gnomes are tinkerers, or so they say, not much beyond that. Halflings are stout and hardy but more used to tilling a field than sailing on the open waters. Would take em a while to get their sea legs." Tayang summarized. Just outside the window you could see the orc war ship manned by the former slaves. Most of them have taken to change out from their rags and don a mix-match sets of clothing and bits of leather armor. It was almost comical seeing how many small races were trying to operate such a large vessel. Like watching children at work. The dwarves seem to have already taken it upon themselves to "lead" the group, though the three dwarves seemed to also be bickering among each other. The gnomes were notable scattered about and seem to be struggling with the oars. The halflings stayed together and were more or less in sync, and still having difficulties rowing as it took two halflings to man one oar.
Ya didn't, but I've been on the fritz recently. With any luck I can get back into the swing of things.
"Well let's see..." Tuscon looked around the back before gathering up the three books. "We have some older editions here I can sell you for an affordable price. So Flotilla Fanyare will be 80 gold, Goblin Slayer would be 70 Gold, and The Night Sun will be 95 gold. If you're interested in all three of them, that would normally be 245 gold, but I'm willing to round it down to 240." Tuscon lays the books down in front of you. Buddy picks one up and thumbs through the pages, looking over each one for a few minutes. Eventually he chooses The Night Sun and hands it to you for check out. Tuscon seems to be impressed. "Excellent choice. I actually have family, my grandparents, who were in Greenford. Hearing their tale and reading this book really gives you an idea of the sort of... Horror we can go through, but it's inspiring what some hope and bravery can do to see you through those dark times."
For the most part, I'll be the one deciding that. Generally speaking though the lower level ones (Acolytes and Cultists) are not firmly rooted into their faiths, merely trained via various temples or cults, so while they may have some traditions or ideals they'd stick to they usually aren't too hardcore about it. Priests and Fanatics however are much more dedicated to their respective gods, which naturally would mean they might not play well with you. Conversely, if you go out of your way to specifically search for priests or fanatics who worship your deities or otherwise would ally with your god, you may find them easier to obtain than if you simply recruit whoever is offering their services.

In short, anyone you don't actively need to recruit for are generally low level but also low faith, so don't worry too much about religious clashes. But if you actively want one who would fit Talogan beliefs, you'll have to IC look for them or just take your chances with whoever I randomly create.

Donny followed the rest of his hero team to their designated starting point. He jiggled nervously wondering what exactly their tasks were before Mako’s voice broke over the speakers and gave them their details. Basically, the hero team needed to protect ten gold briefcases until time was up. The villains needed to take the brief cases and bring it back to their side. ”So it’s like Capture-the-flag…” Though there were some obvious difficulties for the heroes. Firstly, only four of the six hero students arrived, and he was pretty sure the villain team had a full roster. Secondly there are ten briefcases likely scattered about the area. So even if they had a full team, there was no way the hero team could protect each briefcase.

Still Donny had a few ideas. He looked to the others when Nadeko arrived. ”Hiya Maeda-San. Didn’t miss m-m-much. Just started.” His voice was stilted and Donny was still uncertain if his plan was really a good one, mostly because he was going to do it himself. But it’s important to communicate so he turned to the others. ”I got two plans. F-F-First, we find the briefcases and take them ourselves. They just n-n-need to be on the pedestal when time is up right? So we can keep them safe until then. Second plan… Um well… I-I-I eat the villain starting area. The bad guys have to re-re-return it to their base yeah? So no base means they don’t w-w-win even if we lose some briefcases. Just gotta make sure n-n-no one is there when I eat the p-p-place.” These sounded like good ideas to Donny, but he wasn’t sure how the others felt about it. But he figures since none of these plans involve hurting the other students directly, even the villains, it should be fine. Real heroes break in and destroy villain lairs all the time, even if they’re in public areas since bad guys like to hide among civilians. Taking the briefcases themselves might be more questionable, but Donny just chalked it up to turning a tower defense job into an escort mission. It happens.

Regardless Donny how low to the ground, launching a few bone-tipped tendrils out into the ground in front of him. He needed to move fast and he knew when he ran he looked kind of creepy, but as Mako said, crime waits for no one. ”We-we-we should get moving! We can talk and walk!” And so Donny took off to find a briefcase. Hopefully the others would follow and communicate as they moved, less the villain team get the head start on them. He pulled his body forward, and before his mass would reach the tip of his tendrils he would shoot out more to stick or dig into nearby surfaces, allowing him to continue pulling himself forward at some frankly alarming speed, like some eldritch Spider Man.
