@Heckno12 Oh jeez... I'm going to be busy today, but will have a reply either later or tomorrow.

@fer1323 @Noxx Ok, Oscar, Nyxx and Amber should be quite some distance ahead as we should finish the berserk wild Pokemon event, but the other group's going to have to run from the Aerodactyl, so they'll probably catch up soon.

@Noxx @fer1323 What Heckno12 said. Also, Noxx, it's fine if you call more Pokemon. Many of us have called more than six. Are you going to have a Snorlax or a Slaking, by any chance?

Amber nodded. "Ok, Yanma, Quick Attack, then move out of the way!" Yanma flew at one of the Rufflets in a blur, then sped away from it, drawing it towards Kabuto and the Torchic. As Kabuto swiped, the bird screeched, turning its attacks on the fossil Pokemon. "Now, Kabuto, Harden!" Amber shouted. Kabuto's shell shone like polished stone, resisting the Rufflet's attacks. "Yanma! Another Quick Attack!" While the Rufflet kept up its ineffectual attempts to cause any damage, Yanma zoomed towards it and knocked it aside.

As Amber's two Pokemon fought as a team, Nyxx's Buneary and Swablu were also working together, in quite a different way. At the sound of objects crashing to the ground, Amber glanced over to see Nyxx jump up from under a pile of books.

"Watch out!" she yelled, dodging as a squawking Rufflet flew in their direction. Yanma slammed into it from the side. It resumed chasing the bug Pokemon, flying into Kabuto's path... but this time, it flipped the fossil Pokemon over. Kabuto wriggled around on his back, stubby legs waving helplessly in the air. Yanma tipped him the right way up, but as she did so, a Rufflet jabbed its beak at her. Flitting backwards and letting out a cry, Yanma wobbled in the air.

Amber felt her ribs tighten. "Both of you, hang in there! You're doing great!" she encouraged. The bird Pokemon looked to be on the verge of fainting, but they still wouldn't stop attacking.

Edit: Replied. Don't worry, once the guy's actually able to get to his berries and potions, he'll be able to heal our Pokemon.

@fer1323 Yeah, I was considering giving this NPC a Talonflame. She'll also have at least one Fire/Fighting Pokemon to offset the Rock weakness, and as for Water and Ground... These three NPCs all have weather themes (Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Hail) so she's likely to make good use of Sunny Day and Solarbeam.

Of course, if we battle them early on, they won't be using their full teams.

@fer1323 Fire's a good one for raw power, but its main problem is defense. I'm having issues figuring out an NPC's Fire-type team for this reason. (She's mainly a coordinator, but she's supposed to be able to hold her own in battles too.)

Yeah, Heckno and I are planning contest-related stuff.

@OtomostheCrazy Volcarona's one of the best Bug types. If I create a Bug type trainer for another RP, Larvesta is one of the Pokemon they'll definitely have.

@Heckno12 Ice is good against the ridiculously popular Dragon types, though.

Hmmm, I was thinking of how underrated Grass types are, and wondering if I should call Cradily for Amber. Grass and Rock cover many of each other's weaknesses, and given her theme, she should have at least one other fossil Pokemon. She only has two called ones right now.

@Heckno12 Ice, another underrated type. That freeze effect... And you have a PM with NPC personality outlines.
