While it may not be out right, you will not exactly be welcomed where there are other dwarfs.

Well that depends on you. For attributes you'll roll 4d6 and drop the lowest. You can reroll 1s and use the reroll if its higher.

Your race pick is up to you as well as your class. Some races are better at some things but if you wanted a Goliath wizard or a halfling barbarian that's ok.

If your ok with signing up for it dndbeyond makes character building pretty easy. The layout for mythweavers is closer to an actual character sheet and does require more work, but it makes it so all the info is right there and you do not have to sift through different pages to get to the information you need.

No there really isn't much here by means of a general store. Most supplies are brought in from Easthaven. The mead hall is best bet for food rations if that is what your looking for.

What a coincidence - a friend of mine a few minutes ago said that he was interested in joining and was thinking about rolling up a fighter. He's not too sure on the specifics, but asked me to go ahead and see if you'd be willing to let him join @Lurking Krog.

To be honest I was not expecting you all to take this quest right away. I had planned to introduce another quest or two to get you started.

However I'm actually a bit busy at work so it will have to wait till break.
