$80 for building a Commander deck is not to bad. I know my own started out inexpensive but slowly grew as I added cards. Pretty sure most of them are close to or over $200.

Going to wait a bit and see if anyone else is going to post.
If Kythor looks through the thicket he will see three chwingas with the missing cutlery around a pinecone and some leaves. One is holding a knife the other a fork, they all appear to be pretending to eat.
As the lamp lights the flame quickly goes from the normal orange red to a green color. Kythor does notice that the tracks lead to the thicket and seems to have a trail behind it as if an object was dragged by the being that made the small tracks.

Kythor's going to head over to the window that was mentioned, the one that these spirits seem to prefer, and he's going to try to examine it to the best of his ability. He'd like to check for tracks, but he'd also like to make sure there's nothing unusual with the window itself, like a loose hinge or some other design flaw that would cause it to open abruptly for seemingly no reason.

That's more of an investigation check for checking the window.
You rolled high enough though you do notice tiny tracks leading away from the home to a thicket nearby.
"I haven't seen them but I know they are there... feel free to look around if you want. Not sure what I've done to aggravate any spirts. If you can manage to find them and make them go away I'll pay you what I can. They seem to like the window that faces out of town most." Bout the same here and the heat index bumps it to about 104 105.
"It's tricky spirts I tell you. They've been opening my window and letting cold air in. Knocking over my cups and bowels. And now some of my forks and knifes are gone! It's probably some cruel jape of theirs to make me think I'm losing my mind. Can any of you do anything about these spirts?" Her tone and expression is one of pleading for help. "Please I'll pay you, just please get rid of these spirts."
