Current I don't think they are ignoring us. Believe it or not I'm sure the mods/admin have lives outside of this and require sleep.

$80 for building a Commander deck is not to bad. I know my own started out inexpensive but slowly grew as I added cards. Pretty sure most of them are close to or over $200.

Is it just me or has the number of ads increased rather dramatically? I'm seeing them in the middle of people's posts now.

Did not expect to see a new mobile layout today. Definitely different and it'll probably take some getting used to.

Bio

Suppose it's better late than never to add this.

I enjoy Starwars, Lord of the Rings, The Expanse book series, Warhammer, gaming, Game of Thrones, and D&D.

Might add more later, might not.

I apologize to you all for it taking so long to get this last post out. It is now up for any of you who wish to continue with this RP.
The Meeting

"Duely noted." He replies with a tone of mixed annoyance and boredom.

Mortimer stands up from his seat rasing his chalice to those in attendance. "Please excuse me. I believe there are some final preparations that I need to attend to. Should you need me for anything just simply ask one of the servents. As I stated before should any of you wish to negotiate some prize for you participation and survival of our little game, negotiations for such can be done now or at the end of it. I bid you all a restful night." He lifts his drink a bit higher before draining the contents and setting it back on the table.

The other masked figures seems to quietly talkn among themselves, some even starting to make more obvious stares and looks at the newer group. Should anyone of the unmasked people engage with them, they keep pleasant and answer questions to some degree.

Once everyone is done eating and drinking their fill, the masked figures slowly filter out of the room. You eventually find your way back to your room for the evening, resting however well you might.

The Next Morning,
In the Thicket

Sunlight, or at least it appears to be, slowly fills the room waking you from your sleep. After preparing yourself and leave the room you find yourself walking into a dense forest rather than the hallway from the night before. Mortimer stands in a clearing near a fallen oak tree patiently waiting for everyone to arrive.

@Lurking Krog When it comes to looking for clues, would Survival work? Or do you want Investigation? ^^"

Either or would work.
Honestly from the bits I've just read, I think apothecary might be the route I go. Kinda gives me blood hunter meets artificer vibes.

Thank you! Sent you the result over PMs. ^_^

With that information I will be making an edit to my post.
Shout out to Bob, best party pet you could ask for. Asked for nothing and quietly left without making a scene.

What a dude.

I thought Bob had gotten left behind when the party was KOed by Agdon's ambush.
@Lurking Krog Go ahead and roll Investigation with advantage when it comes to learning the Owlbear's name.

Roll a 13 for the first roll, and an 18 for the second.
I will look onto it as that may be a better alternative or potential multiclass option.

I was looking at the alchemist subclass ideally for the artificer as it made some sense to me as a path for that.
I may be interested as well, though I am not 100% sure just yet. All that is if you will have me on.

I do have a rough idea for an artificer working towards the Blighted landscape quest line. It might change as I look into the lore more.
Aurora

Aurora rolls her eyes at Brutrumukk. "You mistaking kindness for an attempt to bribe a creature to follow me shows more than you realize. Not everyone does things like this to gain some advantage as you do. Likely this creature belongs to one of the fey courts or someone of high standing of the elves that live in the Feywild. The more I am around you the more I regret even trying to save you from yourself back in Bavlorna's hut. Were it not for Jub you would have been left to whatever plans that hag would have for you. I don't even know if I would jump into the water to try to save you from those creatures again." Aurora stood up and threw the jerky from two of her rations into the pile Brutrumukk made for the owlbear. "If you won't listen to any others maybe you will listen to the words of your new companion. This beast is not ours and it's owner could still be alive."

Carefully she tried to check the harness without getting to close to the owlbear to see if there were any markings that might name the creature or its owner, or a way to release it safely. At the very least she could look for a way to release it from the chariot so it was no longer bound to the cumbersome thing and could hunt for itself or return to its home.

Her eyes were drawn back to the emblem and a bit of realization took hold. "Juniper?" she says in elvish at first then sylvan if the owlbear does not respond.
