@WhiteAngel25 Oh that's interesting. Are we required to have multiple divine gifts? Or would it make you feel better than Asteria has more than one? The way I worded it should allow her multiple types of powers once she is able to train them, but I could seperate Veilwalker into three separate angles so to speak, so it's more clear. Just let me know! :D

Awakening Event
Asteria's awakening occurred while visiting her hospitalized father after a severe medical emergency. Terrified that she might lose the only parent she had left, she spent the night alone beside his bed. Sometime after midnight, she noticed a woman standing silently in the corner of the room holding two burning torches.

When she looked closer, she realized the woman was not alone.

The hospital was filled with people nobody else seemed able to see. Some wandered the halls. Some sat beside patients. Some simply stood and watched. The more frightened Asteria became, the clearer they appeared. Eventually she cried out, drawing the attention of nurses who found her speaking to empty air.

The visions faded by morning, but never disappeared completely. Since that night, Asteria has been able to perceive spirits and supernatural entities hidden from ordinary sight. Whether the strange surge of divine power was detected by the Directorate of Divine Affairs remains unknown.

Yellow: The hospital awakening generated a small anomaly report, but the DDA has not yet determined the full extent of her abilities or heritage.

Father (Paul Holloway): Asteria was raised by her father, a brilliant technology entrepreneur whose company became increasingly successful as she grew older. Though he provided for her materially, he was often emotionally distant and buried himself in work. Unknown to Asteria for most of her life, he once shared a relationship with the goddess Hecate. Her existence serves as a constant reminder of a chapter of his life he never truly understood, making it difficult for him to connect with her despite genuinely caring for her.

Mother (Hecate): Hecate left Asteria in the mortal world while she was still young. Though Asteria has long interpreted her absence as abandonment, the truth remains unknown to her. What little she does know comes from dreams, fleeting visions, and the occasional feeling that someone has been watching over her from afar.
