You could post it in the OOC tab. If you don't want to clutter that tab or if you would rather give it its own topic, then sure: make a topic in the Character Sheets forum.
In the future I want the GM to be able to add their own tabs to the roleplay which hopefully would be useful to you in this case.
Things are under heavy construction right now, but I hope it's not too rough for you. :)

Good question. Yeah, my account finally got re-enabled yesterday. The ads might come and go as I mess with them.
