Yeah, avatar resizing would be nice.

For now, I've offloaded the resizing labor onto users while I work on other things.

It shouldn't take you more than 20 seconds to resize an image.

1. Upload it to http://imgur.com
2.

Click: Edit Image

3.

Change the larger dimension to 128

4. Click "Save"
5. Right click the new image, save it to your computer, upload to the guild

As long as its dimensions are <= 128x128 and it's size is <= 100KB, then you can upload it.
