As nothing like this had really been seen in over 200 years, all the audience and staff looked in awe. Not only had her punch flung him out of the arena and knocked him almost conscious, but it did so without even breaking his gaurd first. If the beginning hadn't made people quick as it was, even more had gone now. Suddenly a bustle of clapping and chearing from the crowd emerged.
"W-well, there you have! Without even breaking a sweat, this unknown tailed girl has one the first round. I do not envy her next opponent.... perhas the next battle will be a bit longer. Up next, doru and Sargent sworedud"

"Ladies and gentlemen, the first battle is underway! Who will come out the victor? the tailed lady with a pride for her people, or the uncanny boxer who seems stronger than he looks! Find out, now! Let the battle begin!" The handsome figure who announced the battles exclaimed in a very dramatic way. As soon as his words where uttered, the small and scrawny boy put up his gaurd and began to bob and weave. He was a defensive fighter, and was looking to dodge. Little did he know, she could punch right through his gaurd do to her strength. He stared dead in the eye.

Ken laughed again. "You're pretty strong maybe even beyond the average of a human almost as if you were an android or something." He chuckled knowing what he was but decided to poke around his true identity. "Anyone can defeat a demon, you just have the be mentally and physically strong enough to fight them and their tricks." Before he could smile he felt an unauthorized presences seep through his mind. "I'm here cause I simple got bored of watching from above...and normally I'm laid back but enter my mind without permission again and you will witness the power of a Kai first hand." Ken telepathically responded keeping a smile on his face. He turned and looked at the young man. "Sorry for that I had a what you can call a headache....."
Knowing his cover was blown, 23 looked around before trying to keep his smile too. Inside he had now seen this man as either a threat or a new hero. Either way he was going to stay on his good side. Chuckling in response he looked to the battle.
"When are they gonna start? This 'android' wants to see how much stronger he had gotten!" he cheerfully stated and looked over as the announcer waited for the sayain to return to the stage. "Mizune, please report over here now or be disqualified"
So, can my telepathy include the ability to talk to people like King Kai? I totally forgot to add that.
I guess, but they can probably block that out if they want to.

"Sir???" He responded laughing. Did his human form look that old, hope not. "Yes, this is quite the event you might not be able to tell but there's a lot of interesting people here, you being one of them of course..." Ken smiled descending a bit to be able to walk. "Shall we go see how the sayain fairs against her opponent." He walked to the area that allowed the participants to spectate the match.
Concerned about what the kai meant, the unknowing android now wished more than anything to know who this was. He wasn't a demon like the obvious one he had met before, yet his appearance was ominous and uncanny. He was afraid for how much this man knew. He new he had better try to keep to his fake attitude. "Well, I like to think I'm pretty strong, but I don't think I'm going to do well here... I am only human, and one of these guys is a full fledged demon. I honestly doubt anyone can defeat him here" 23 spoke to try and lie his way out of this. He would then quickly change the subject. "A sayain... what is that? Her tail is a bit... unnerving"
