The Strife of Ostaria | Fire Emblem-Inspired RP [18+]

The continent of Ostaria is one full of life and vibrant scenery; mountains and rivers cross the large expanse of land, and legendary beasts stalk the forests and soar through the skies. Wraiths and banshees lurk in the darkness, waiting for any unfortunate victim to cross their path. Man has learned to more or less coexist with these creatures, respecting their strength and power and staying well away from animals that might shred them to pieces or engulf them in flames if they do not tread carefully enough. However, a new species of fauna has appeared; they do not behave as other beasts do and are known to stalk the human kind. At times, their prey does not even know that they are being hunted until it is too late.

These demonic beings have taken a liking to following humans around, no matter their gender or age. More and more have fallen into their vicious claws, and yet, more are appearing all over Ostaria. People are becoming anxious and worried, wondering where the demons are coming from and how they could be stopped. They turn to their Houses in their time of need, pleading for them to do something about the plague of fiends upon the land.

The two Houses of Sariwon, a country located near the center of Ostaria, have been feuding for several years. They have been known to clash because of their ideals and petty arguments, often dragging innocent bystanders into their issues. However, House Tosen and House Aseryo have noticed that there is no time for quarreling; the demons that have been ravaging the continent are more prominent in their nation, and men, women, and children are being felled by their talons. They decide to form a truce until the demons are extinguished from the land and their nation's people are safe at last. They have been taking in recruits from all nations, eagerly accepting anyone of age that wishes to aid them.

Hello guys, once again it's me, Ambra. I started this RP about a month ago and sadly, it didn't go anywhere fast. People dropped after explicitly stating their interest, so I'm rebooting this baby before it could get too stale.

I'd just like to say a few things. Firstly, whoever states their interest is expected to stay and not poof without a word when the RP starts. Secondly, since this is a Fire-Emblem inspired RP, I expect people to not use realistic images for appearances of their characters. And thirdly, I will not accept people who were part of the RP before that dropped without a word. Be reminded that this is 18+ advanced, so I expect you to act like RPers who fall within that bracket.

The man was fast. Too fast. He was catching up to her in almost no time, and she dreaded being caught by such a vile fiend. Kaethe didn't even spare a glance behind her; she just knew that he was practically at her heel. But she didn't want to take a risk and shift in the middle of the crowd. If she did, she would probably cause some damage with her wingspan and body mass. Yet, she guessed that she would have to. The man was too fast for her, and if she kept on running, he would catch up in no time. She would exhaust herself before she could get away, and then she would have no escape.

Gunshots roared out behind her, and her ears flattened against her skull. She thought that she had been shot, but no pain streaked her torso. The man was getting way too aggressive for her comfort. Perhaps it was better if she just shifted and flew the coop. Kaethe sighed, her brows knitting together as she thought for a second more. She didn't care what the humans thought about her. She could just say that she was running for her life. They would understand... Right?

The change was instantaneous; there was no tearing of clothes or cracking of bones, but instead a glowing light that enveloped her form. She became quadrupedal and wings sprouted from her back as she ran down the street. Many people were pushed down by her brute force, screaming in shock and fear. The griffin knew that she had to leave the narrow streets, and so, she decided to take flight. She leapt on top of one of the cars parked near the curb of the road and sprang into the air, her wings picking up dirt and grit as they carried her off the ground. She would be fine. The man couldn't reach her from all the way down there.

The thing is, this is to get rid of the character sheets that are clogging the tab. I also made a shitty entrance post so I'd like to restart and make it decent this time. Also, people are more willing to join a RP that just started than have some posts in.

Anyway, guys, I've been thinking. Maybe we should restart this. There's only about four of us left here and I honestly don't think that the others are coming back. So maybe we should just restart this and get another interest check up?
