"I'm not so sure you know what you're dealing with."

Name: Corine Boone
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Main: Darius
Appearance: With red hair and her eyes the same color, Corine's appearance isn't really common in Darkwell. She has an almost Irish appearance-- creamy white skin and a very delicate face. She stands at 5'7" and bears a curvy figure.
Corine gains her main champion's armor and axe, and her body becomes slightly bigger as to withstand the weight of the armor plates. Her red-hair remains loose, cascading down her strong shoulders.
Hemorrhage- As she hurts her enemies, Corine's bloodlust drives her to continue her relentless assault, causing severe damage. This can be used in her normal form.
Decimate- She swings her axe in a large arc around her, dealing damage to those who surround her.
Crippling Strike- Corine swings her axe, crippling her enemies.
Apprehend- Using her weapon, Corine can bring her enemies closer to her, dealing damage in the process.
Noxian Guillotine- With a mighty movement, she cleaves her enemies, causing massive damage. This attack is usually a fatal blow, but it is slow and easy to avoid.
Personality: Corine is an interesting woman-- she is what you can call an independent woman that doesn't really need anyone to help her. She is headstrong and rash in both real life and in games, often making decisions that she will come to regret. At first sight, she is simply a pretty, exotic face. But in reality, she is a crazed beast waiting to leap into action. A passionate lover of gory and action-filled video games and movies, Corine is also a lover of handsome men and enjoys flirting with them... along with getting in their pants.
Short Biography: Born in New York City, New York, life has never been easy for Corine. Her mother raised her single-handedly, working in all sorts of jobs to keep both of them alive in the city that never sleeps. Her life was filled with loneliness due to the fact that her mother was never around; she left early in the morning and came back late at night. She never knew what type of work her mother did, and to be honest, she never really thought that it was right to ask her.
Corine was eighteen when she first discovered League of Legends. She worked, but her mother worked even harder, and so when she came home, she didn't have anything to do other than watch television. The young woman disliked playing "squishy" champions and instead loved to play the tanks-- more specifically, Darius. Much of her time was spent playing the game simply to have fun and tear up the battlefield of Summoner's Rift as her favorite axe-wielding champion.
All was fine for a while... that was, until her mother decided that it was best if Corine move across the nation and live with her aunt in Darkwell. Times were getting too tough and she was unsure whether or not she would be able to support both of them, especially Corine. The young lady begged to stay, stating that she would even work to help her, but her mother disagreed. And so, twenty year old Corine packed and left to Darkwell, where she quickly picked up a job as a bartender. Even though she disliked her job, at first, she believes that if she did not work there, she wouldn't have met a very "special" friend.
"I've always walked a lonely road, but it's never really bothered me."

Name: Soren Crawford
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Main: Yasuo
Appearance: Standing at 5'9", Soren has light brown hair and very light green eyes. His features are almost always set in a blank, empty expression, making him appear unapproachable or cold towards the world. Yet, little do people know, his features hardly ever get stained by an angry furrow of the brow or an upset frown.
True Appearance: In his true appearance, Soren is dressed in very light clothing as to provide maximum efficiency for his fighting style. A long, thin sword is always at his hip. Even though he appears like a simple swordsman, it seems that he is something much more than that.
Way of the Wanderer- Soren's body is shielded with a veil of wind. Once he is attacked, the shield is dispersed, leaving him vulnerable. He can regain the shield as he moves.
Steel Tempest- He thrusts his blade forward, penetrating even the thickest of armor. As he attacks using this ability, a howling storm of wind emits from his figure. When Soren wishes to do so, he can send out a whirlwind towards his enemies, knocking them up into the air.
Wind Wall- Soren can conjure a wall of wind to shield both his allies and himself.
Sweeping Blade- Skirting through the battlefield, one can hardly pin down Soren as he darts between enemies. As he does this, he can also knock people up with his whirlwinds.
Last Breath- Airborne enemies are nothing to Soren; using his blade, he sends them crashing down towards earth once more, causing massive damage.
Personality: Mellow and unenthusiastic, Soren would much rather stay to himself than stay together in a group. He is a loner, someone who wishes to be locked up in his room and watching television rather than go out to the movies. Yet, he is friendly and accepting of others, and will sometimes allow one or two people to stay in his company for long periods of time. If more than five people are around him, he gets rather anxious and will hardly talk. A good listener and observer, there is almost nothing that will escape his sights.
Unfortunately, Soren has a horrible drinking problem. He is hardly ever sober and spends most of his money on booze. Yet, unsurprisingly, it is extremely difficult to get drunk, and even though he is somewhat tipsy, it doesn't really impact his skills.
Short Biography: A native citizen of Darkwell, not much can be said about Soren Crawford. He is reclusive, so no one really saw him during school meetings or in pep rallies. No one has really ever seen him in movies or festivals, either. All they see him do is go to the local grocery store (where he works), bar, or video game shop. Then again, no one has really ever held out a hand to him, either.
He's lived a basic life; his mother and father have always worked and have always focused on that instead of him. Soren was bullied in school for being so quiet and shy, and so, he became slightly colder and disconnected with strangers. Video games and television became his life, and they still are. After moving out of his home and getting a new one closer to his job, his life follows the same principals: eat, sleep, work, play.
Well, not counting his new hobby, of course. After meeting a new friend at the local bar, he's more than often preoccupied with her-- not that he's really complaining.
I'm sorry that I have not replied yet. I seem to be suffering from some sort of writer's block derived from a large amount of stress. Not only that, but when I feel motivated to write, I find myself with no time. Schoolwork is piling up, and I am actively seeking a job-- so I have no time to keep working on this roleplay.
I really did enjoy writing with all of you. You were all good friends and some of you have actually played with me. I loved to spend my time planning character relationships with everyone and even planning what was to happen in the roleplay. I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to bow out of this one. Perhaps one day we'll write again!
In the meantime, I'd like to appoint @Leolycan as the current GM. If he does not have enough time, he can pass the reigns over to someone else. I trust that, if you guys truly choose to keep running this roleplay, whether in a new thread or simply as it is, that you will all do a great job.
Farewell, and hope we can still be friends both on this site and on League!
Crap. Garrett winced as his fatal blow slammed straight into the giant gauntlets. The woman threw his dominant arm to the side, and his eyes went wide when he noticed that Vicki was charging up a powerful punch. He threw himself to the side, grunting loudly as the harsh movement literally sapped him of energy. This form was drawing on his energy, already... he would have to get used to it. He struggled to regain his balance, raising his blades once more.
"You're wasting my time," he growled dangerously, producing another shadow beside him. The shade took the same position as he did, its eyes smoldering as it stared at Vicki. With a silent command, the ethereal creature sprang towards her, brandishing blades as it attempted to impale her. "Just die already!"
