Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Right now I'd love to.

But I can't.

Trying my best not to choke a stubborn friend.

How funny.

I'm trying hard not to choke my brother.

Caits didn't let herself be caught in the fire, darting back behind the wall, she took a moment to figure out what to do. And then she just opened fire on the guards as well, firing. Chances are one of her bullets might pierce or at least wake Gerswhin.

Either way, she'd be happy.

She thought through her options, but didn't really have many. So she fell to the floor, hoping the men hunting her and shooting at her would merely..:shoot at each other and destroy them selves. She rolled to the side, bringing up her weapon and continued to shoot for a moment.

She wasn't sure if she was injuried or not but right then, she didn't care

Cody stood, and punched the wall again, and again, and again, until he could get out. The prospect of being shot was laughable to Cody, his light armor protected him. Of course if someone thought to shoot the same place twice in a row, it might Pierce.

Once free, Cody barely glanced at the guards he had been given, finding it laughable that they could think to stop him right then. Moving passed them without a care,

@Vulture585no it's okau
I have absolutely no idea when I will post

I just...

Gah.

How is everyone?
Niesha

location:Streets of newman

Niesha watched the child returned safety to where she belonged, and gave a relieved sigh. All this because of a raccoon. She glanced up at the walls, and gave another sigh. They hadn't got the horses under control yet, it seemed. She looked to Sophie, and said softly "I don't know how much help I'll be, but I should go see if I can help with the horses. I should have kept hold of the raccoon..." she trailed off. She knew very little about horses. The foster home had taken them on a horse trio once, but that was horses trained for little kids. These horses weren't. And she was only little.

"why don't you stay with Megna and I'll see what help I can be? I'll be back" she said, and perhaps it was the distraction of having to chase down a horse, but Niesha leaned in and kissed Sophie on the cheek, "and then how about we just rest?" she gave her a smile, before jogging off to the wall. One of the smaller entrances might prove better, and she was close enough to one to try it.

She froze for a moment, mid-step, which probably looked quite comical. oh god. Had she really just kissed Sophie on the cheek? Her foot went to the ground, and it was only the yells of demand to get the horse under control that spurred her forward once more. She didn't know what she was freaking out about that, it wasn't like she had full on kissed her, but...what if she thinks I just like her as a friend?. That thought was too much for Niesha, and she stopped at the small entrance.

Once through, she began to jog around the wall, searching for the horse or horses that were running around, but she came across Kristina instead. perplexed a moment, Niesha looked about, but only the sound of hooves indicated the horse was still nearby. "Are you okay?" She asked, even as she held out a hand, uncaring about the fact Kristina was in a pile of manure. The horse could wait a moment. It didn’t look like to be going to the crops, and besides, she wasn’t going to leave her friend sitting in a pile of crap. ”I’ll try my hand at getting the damn thing under control, but I suspect I’ll just end up making things worse”
@KoLim fine, j don't mind waiting.

I'll just be here hovering
@Lady Amalthea

'Kris is flung from the horse as it bucks wildly and then tears off around the fields and between the buildings.'

does that mean the crops are, for the moment, no longer in danger?
sorry I feel asleep writing a post. I'll finish it up and get it up shortly.
