the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Kalinda was just reaching the point where she would have just thought to hell with it, and ease Kyles emotions, but she didn't. Instead she nodded, and taking Kyle's hand tightly, she slipped into the shadows. It was always a little sluggish when she took someone else into the shadows with her. "Don't let go, okay? The shadows can be dangerous for those that don't belong, but as long as you are with me, you'll be okay" she said. She didn't go far, just out to the courtyard near the cafeteria, slipping out the shadows easily.



Phoebe made the way to class, dragging Ryan with her, and leading whoever with them. Slipping in just at the end of the second battle, Phoebe found seats, watching as the girl came out the training room. So many new students. She doubted there was more then a few of them from last year here, anymore. She looked around for Katherine, wanting to catch up with her friend.



Connor watched the battles with curiosity, every so often his gaze returned to the hand-held device he had laying on the desk,'reading the data flowing across the small screen. In was on one such occasion that he saw Kijani. She was looking through the students. He couldn't help the smile that crossed his face. He rose, grabbing his pack and hand held, walking over to her
