Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

I don't actually know if I can post or not

been staring at the screen two hours pondering that
That was fun to write
"Gerswhin!"

Cody's voice was sharp as a whip, the order within it fueled by his panic. He knew that if she pummeled herself too much, she would have a pain fueled...transformation. Rising, he held a hand out to stop Caits from rushing forwards, instead he closed the distance between himself and Gerswhin.

"Stop. You're safe"

His voice was now soft, comforting, as he very carefully reached out to touch Gerswhin on the shoulder, to try and guide her away from the door, away from hurting herself anymore then she already had. His hand was still the bright pink of new flesh, his nails were all but absent, the slow regrowth of them from his...supernova attack even now happening.

"its okay, Gerswhin. I'm here"

Cody smiled, trying to be comforting, his teeth where bright, shiney. New. That had been the most painful regrowth, teething in a matter of hours after the escape, the pain had been quite unbearable, new teeth piercing already tender gums in what should have been months, if not a years, process. His own light had seared his skin, practically melted his teeth, burned away his nails and hair, leaving him smooth, pink, and as soft as the day of his birth. Cody had stolen clothes from the corpse of a solider, and stumbled towards Agent Caits, even as she had stumbled towards him.

"I told you we'd get out. And we did. And the world knows something happened"
Sasha

Sasha was walking around the outskirts of the farm boundaries, studying the plants she came across, seeking herbs that could be of use for healing. She kept an eye and ear out for walkers, although so far there hadn't been any on this trip. She had her dagger, and was quite ready to use it. The small bag she carried she had a handful of herbs, but there wasn't much. She was thinking that maybe they'd have to go into town and see if they could scrounge up, at the very least, antibiotics.

She glanced up as the sun came overahead, and deciding that she had been out long enough, she began to head back to the farm house. She enjoyed the time outside, but she was well aware the place wasn't truly safe, despite the time they had been there.

At the sound of someone approaching, Sasha shifted , sliding one foot back, She drew her dagger, ready to leap and stab a walker in the head. A chuckle caused her to relax, and she glared at Jacklyn. "Aw, the little kitty has claws" the woman said, and Sasha rolled her eyes, putting her dagger away.

"What do you want?" Sasha asked, a little coldly. She didn't particularly like the woman. She had seen her looking at Grace as if the girl was something she would throw out a window, and Sasha had kept an eye on her everytime the woman got close to Grace. Sasha already loved that little girl so much, there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her. Maybe that was dangerous, but Sasha had already decided that the future was for Gracie.

"Why, to talk! You always seem to avoid me. Scared, little kitty?" Jacklyn said, with clear amusement. Sasha stood straight, and slung the small bag over her shoulder. "Why should I be scared of someone that doesn't know what they are doing, in this world, except get rid of anyone that maybe in her way to surviving?" She said, as she debated moving around Jacklyn and continuing onto the farm house.

Jacklyn laughed, "Oh, you think you know me. How sweet. Survivngs the point, little kitty. If we don't survive, we die. More importantly if I don't survive, I die. And I don't plan on dying"

Sasha shook her head, and pushed her way passed Jacklyn, "You're already dead, then". Sasha would never quite know how she knew Jacklyn was seeking to grab her, but she did. She spun about, pulling her dagger out and slashing it across Jacklyn's palm. "Don't touch me"

Jacklyn stared at her blood curiously, more amused then angered. "Well, thats not what your man s-" Sasha started to laugh at the pathetic attempt to throw her off guard. "You're right. He likes my touch. Not sure anyone can say that off you though. You may be pretty but...you're pathetic" Slipping her dagger away, Sasha stalked off to the farm house. This time, Jacklyn didn't seek to stop her.

Damn sociopath Sasha thought to herself, but she had nothing really to prove that. Retreating to the room she shared with Matt, and Gracie. She threw the bag on the bed, making a note to remove it so Grace wouldn't have fun with the herbs, she went to the bathroom, using an old rage to clean off her dagger, before returning, putting the herbs away in her pack, which was, despite the months safety, still packed, the clothes she had washed the day before were dry and folded away. She knew that at any moment, they might have to leave, and she didn't want to leave half her supplies behind again.

The she headed down to the living aarea.
@Zarkunthank you for giving me an excuse not to post tonight, I will gladly take it
@Archmage MC
I suppose but then how would she stop light and tsura
@Archmage MC

But she's aware that her mind control isn't as strong as it could be. The lock-in helps protect her ship as it does prevent them escaping.
@Archmage MC

Is that saying I write badly?

First of all.

The power suppression was developed in this roleplay when it was under a different GM. But I thought it was a good idea to not destroy the school.

Secondly I'm not going to make it easy for the captives to escape. If you can figure out a different way to prevent this escape tell me and I'll take it into consideration.

Thirdly, it's necessary for this. But I will take into consideration any ideas. You do not need to bring up the storyline of the comics and the ideas of them to say it's bad writing. While this is, yes, based on Dc and Marvel, we aren't strictly staying to any sort of story they had. After all, some of the characters parents might not be alive in the comics but are alive here.
It hasn't been mentioned because Penelope hasn't thought about it and no one has tried to use abilities outside the ship.

And sorry Panther that was my fault. I forgot to tell you to get another gms permision
Cassandra

Interacting with @KoL

There was so much that Cassandra wanted to say, but she didn't know how to say it. She watched Eris as she talked. She pondered Eris's words, rolling them around in her mind, seeking to decipher their meaning. She let Eris talk until it seemed that she had finished. And then she was silent for a time. Finally, she spoke, her voice soft.

"The difference between you and Chiyo is you never took your anger out on people in this world. You were worth saving. You still are. Yet if you think Chiyo deserves that chance, then I'm with you"

She stopped again, and seemed to debate about what to say next. "And we both know that I couldn't have helped you if you didn't want it. I'm stubborn, but even then it was hard to break through. I care about you Eris. And maybe thats why you let me in. I can't like Chiyo. But I can put up with her, for you. But that doesn't mean I'm going to let her hurt people" she sighed and glanced away, troubled.

"Eris, I can understand it. I do understand it. I just don't want you to get hurt." Was Eris merely trying to placate her, to not make her worry? Yet Eris had never lied to her. So she hadn't merely chosen this course of action to protect her. "yet you should never assume that you haven't help me. I don't know where I'd be without you" she looked back to Eris, and managed a small smile.
