Academy of Hereos and Villains: Year two

Kalinda found herself alone in the hospital ward when she woke, her knife wound bandaged, and finding it easier to breath, she glanced about her, before sliding into the shadows, sure she wouldn't be allowed to leave if she asked, and made her way out of the infirmary. She rubbed her shoulder lightly, grimacing, as she slid back out of the shadows. She found herself feeling ill, tired, and a little heart sick, as she slowly made her way to the cafeteria, not even sure if she would be able to eat anything, but knowing that she should, to at least keep her strength up, she didn't particularly feel like interacting with anyone-or rather making the first move. She grabbed some toast, one of those small things of butter, jam, and approached a table.

Connor looked about his room, which had, effectively, been transformed into a command centre-or thats what it looked like. Like the Star trek's command centre, it had a curved U like centre of computers, and other such things, a small versiont hat Connor could sit at and do a mulitude of things on. Which, so far, had been playing video games.

His bed was rumpled, having not made it, he was dressing, and approaching the command centre, he sat down, running his hands over the keys, he quickly set up a few searches, before starting out at the announcement.

Niesha did her best to find what was needed for Sophia to do...whatever it was she needed to with the grease trap. What even was a grease trap, except to...catch grease? Jeez, such simple measures that now seemed...exotic after the three years since all hell broke loose. She shook her head, and for a moment she had to wonder...if things had been normal, would she have found Sophia? It seemed a moot point, and yet...Niesha swallowed, and decided that that would just lead to a headache. it didn't matter. All that matter was that they had each other now.

After searching for a time, she returned to Sophia.She felt quite helpless in this sort of thing, always just taking it for granted...the small things, the things that had made their generations the best, and the worst, were just...gone, and they had to make their way through a world that was a shadow of its former glory. Pondering that thought for a time, Niesha approached Sophia.

She smiled suddenly, at the imagine she portrayed. Reaching up, Niesha had to go slightly on her toes, she wiped the grease of Sophia's forehead, although she was sure both of them would be covered in it before the nights end. "Miss Sally doesn't know where glue is, so i'm going to go with Meg, see if she knows where any is..." She told her, not wanting to simply leave Sophia waiting, and wondering where she was, before she hurried off to find Meg in the rec centre, deciding she didn't really want to risk going to the infirmary. Every time she went in there, she tended to tick someone off in one way or another.

She approached the rec hall, entering it, and looking about for Meg

Cody kept Aron in his arms, not letting the hug go, as he felt Aron shuddering. He help him tight, waiting to...to make him feel safe, and cared for. Slightly taller then Aron, Cody managed to see the bruised eye, the scratches, the cut and he hissed, enraged that anyone would do that to anyone. With a slight glance at Gage, it was obvious the other twin had suffered the same fate, in one way or another. Cody held Aron, as he tried to figure out something to say, to do. He wasn't going to allow Aron to go back to that house, and he wondered briefly for a moment what his parents would do if he came home with the twins.

They wouldn't mind.

He shifted just slightly, so he could gently kiss Aron, under both eyes, and then softly on the mouth, before pulling back, just slightly, so he could say "I'm here, Aron" it seemed to be the only thing he could say, and yet it didn't seem to be enough, as he just about refused to let go of Aron.

He lay his forehead against Aron's, not caring what they must look like to their friends, simply wanting to make Aron feel better. And to reassure him that no matter what, Cody would be there. He needed to reassure his boyfriend-and wasn't that a wonder to be able to say?-that he wanted to make things better.

He kissed Aron again, softly, gentle, loving and caring.

My dad roped me into working at the cricket for him (and if you ask what cricket is I might just cry) it's a five day test I'm hoping it bombs out today, cause in the last two days I've done 50,000 steps, my ankle is killing me and I got burned despite layering sunscreen on every two hours.

I'm just so tired

But I'll continue in my character today ^.^
