The ever smiler Rouka, casually is mood hamming and would overly get excited for what gets to him, such a trait is from his father but when a change of pace in emotion which comes out awkward like his mother. Rouka relies on his instincts and hates dealing with logic since it is a hassle, he often answers in a sarcastic manner which people would either buy or not but for those who stayed the longest with him will figure it out. Of all things, he hates written exams and would prefer to use application because it is the easiest way for him to learn. According to him his father is fire while his mom is ice and can never comprehend certain logics like what is porn literature books(Like ICHA ICHA MAKE OUT BOOK) and what is boy and girl logic, to him it's all about instinct and the self conduct he believes in like lightning.

Rouka believes he is lightning because of his randomness to be critical in learning reasonably quick yet his lazy mind hinders him into productivity, when it comes to classes, he is slightly above the average joe. It's well known that he can’t handle talking with girls, that’s why he often acts rude towards them to make sure they won’t get close to him. Rouka have several issues with his small height (143cm) and often make fun of everyone. When it comes to guys, he is cool with them but when dwelling on personal problems, he sucks at it and would leave everyone a question in their heads that why are they even friends with him in the first place if he can't make a good decision and his awkwardness. His motto is "Chill but be careful on treading' and does not like to buy conflicts. Don't ever anger him nor make him cry.

Rouka never wanted to talk about his past to anyone but he have a younger brother and a bunch of siblings from God knows where and what his father did. He rarely gets in touch with his parents and claims them to be "dead" and "absent", on the other hand his mom is missing or so to say just absent while his father is out there either being a breeder or on missions. He grew up in the Hidden Village of the Leaves and would often horse around as a child.

Back when he was a kid, Rouka was a very active boy who loves to go on an adventure. Rouka often called his friends and invites them to go and explore the mountains outside the village. One day, Rouka was exploring the mountain with his friends like always. The sun was ready to fall and everyone was tired. But Rouka was not satisfied yet and insist everyone to go further into the mountain. Lost, and some of his friends are crying but Rouka keep his heart strong and keep on walking as to search for the way out. But it seems their luck has run out, Rouka and the gang was attacked by a wild bear. They were just a group of kids there is no way they could stand a chance. Right when they’re cornered in a flash everyone opened their eyes and only saw blood and a passed out Rouka, he could not remember what happened. Right after the incidents, some of his friends started to not talk to him anymore and they just left for some reason. (When he woke up, he saw a woman with dual swords and believed that she have killed the bear.)

Moving on to his new phase of life as Genin, Rouka rarely talk to others and never try to get close to anyone even he admittedly enjoys it temporary bonding and even more hindered due to his practicing of Archery which his father over the years taught him and only recalled it in a weird excuse of searching for good quality food. Yep he eats a lot and eats when upset. Of course, no one actually tries to get friendly with him or maybe yes they do but limited because that boy is a thug and that boy is so awkward, you get yourself a headache.

Kaiser views the world that the beloved race called humans are mere insects and have no hope due to their constant stupidity yet finds them amusing. He has a profound belief that other immortals are... you don't wanna know. Other than that is level headed and seeks fulfilling pleasure and fun, he stirs up events as chaotic it may be or not, just as long he finds stories to create out of it and that's his way of showing his love. Furthermore he enjoys his immortality and does whatever he pleases as long as it favors him.

He is more of a realist and has a strong view on the concept of life; it's a rinse and repeat process of life and death and his belief is to better replace it with immortals so that such ugliness won't continue. Kaiser is contradicting for the most part, he hates humans yet loves them to the point he calls them amusing, his relationship with his fellow immortals is simple and clear as the day. Nobody likes his assertive attitude and behavior that calls for a headache.

As a wanderer, Kaiser never has a companion. He had once but would never have one again, no one is worthy of shedding blood for him nor drinking his. The world is so huge for him to fathom, no matter how long he lives, there is so much that he wishes to know and perhaps it's in his nature, he indeed yearns for more.

Enhanced Emotions: Original Vampires experience emotions more powerfully than humans. Emotions like love, joy, and happiness are intensified for vampires allowing them to live life more intensely. He finds this amusing whenever around with humans and immortals.

Mind Compulsion: Original vampires can control and influence the thoughts, emotions, behavior, actions and memories of humans, non-original vampires and non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids. They cannot however compel witches, immortals, or werewolves/evolved werewolves.

Healing Factor: Injuries of Original vampires heal faster than those of other supernaturals, especially when exposed to vervain or wood. Stats buff when under Monster Mode.

Sire Bond: Although rare among them, Sire Bonds can be formed when a human or even a hybrid is turned with the blood of the vampire whom they have strong feelings for. Kaiser has this and hates it especially when his precious one died because of it.

True Face: An Original Vampire's true face is the appearance they are hiding under their normal human face. When an Original Vampire's true face is revealed, the sclera of their eyes turns blood-red, dark veins appear under their eyes as the blood pumps forcefully through them, and their canine teeth extend into razor-sharp fangs. An Original Vampire's true face can be revealed whenever they wish, but it will appear against their will whenever they are aroused by the scent of blood, or are feeling intense emotions such as anger, lust, sadness, etc. An Original Vampire's fangs are extremely sharp which gives them the ability to tear into almost any substance (including and especially flesh) and tear off limbs. With the fangs come the darkened veins under the eyes as well.

The scariest point of Kaiser is his policy to murder at will. He likes to use his True Face as much as he wants. What differentiates him from other vampires/originals is the fact that his True Face is monstrous because he resembles a Bat. In this form of True Face, he looks demonic and has wings thus giving him the ability to fly.

The Dragon
Not literally Dragon but more of demonic man-bat creature abomination. This boosts Kaiser's stats tenfold than normal, as well as the ability to fly at high speeds due to the wings that are granted. This is Kaiser's Supreme True Face.

Biography:
Kaiser is one of the original vampires. To cut it short, he is from Israel, a holy country which disowned him for his defiled blood. As years go by, he never cease to cause conflict in his country but as time all the more passes, he does this less. He originally had a name before, a name he held dearly but has long forgotten in and goes by his fake name, Kaiser Solomon. As far as timeline goes, he was present in the first two great world wars and enjoys fighting United Kingdom Citizens.

@Jasonhero I'll be honest and please listen as I speak for myself. I am a Sasuke fan but I am not one of those said fans who wanks him to oblivion and I'm not trying to be like him. Furthermore I notice majority here are haters, yes I understand but calm down for a while, we don't want a scenario of "We hate each other because you love him and you love this fanbase so we hate you etc." I don't wanna get on a wrong foot here. I also understand the hate for Mr. S. Just for respect purposes of those who are avid Uchiha fans or Sasuke fans. I request for everyone to never mention anything about Sasuke because I feel like it would just ruin everyone's well being here.
