Steampunk Avengers (Idea for a Crossover RP based on the Avengers)

So, I tried this RP on the previous forum before it died. So, after many long hours playing Broforce, I think this RP could work. It takes elements from Broforce, the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and Steamboy

This RP will take place in England, in the year 1902, Steam is the single most powerful fuel source on the planet. You can play as almost any character, within reason, only a steampunk version of them, this can be anyone, such as maybe Spider-man, Batman, Sailor Moon, a Ninja Turtle, Korra, Bayonetta, The Elric Brothers, Samus Aran, Green Lantern, Harry Potter, Iron Man, Robocop or even Inspector Gadget. I'll even accept characters that come from a Steampunk setting, like Dante. Of course, since this is a re-imagining, feel free to develop your character to have a different personality to their canon counterparts. This is the beginning of the 20th century, and such behaviours are most unheard of back in this time.

The Industrial Revolution hasn't slowed in technological progression, and whenever technology progresses, the first thing on everyones minds is "How can we adapt it for military purposes. In exactly one weeks time, the Royal Science Society will be holding a Science Exhibition. Scientists from all over the world are flocking to London to show that they have concocted the most potent weapons. One such science group is Moriarty Industries. A conglomerate that is dedicated to providing the world with the most advanced weapons ever conceived. Giant moving gun emplacements called "Tanks" Guns that can fire not 2, not 3, but more than 30 shots before needing to reload... There are rumours that they have even perfected the unthinkable art of flight. Although, this seems a little convenient, seeing as many scientists working on such technology have disappeared, their offices ransacked. To protect the world from the new technological terrors that are being brought to light, the British Government have created a brand new orginization called "MI6"

Something that has been kept secret is that MI6 are gathering people from all over the world to join, those who possess certain skills, skills that allow them to perform better than other humans. Some have technology that grants them super strength, others were born better... Some were not even born on this planet...

Anyone interested in foiling an evil genius before he can put his evil plans into action and possibly cause a war that could envelop the whole planet?

Well, the Space Wolves just got a big update to their flying power as they have just been given some unique weapons in the form of Hellfrost Cannons, which, as I understand it, are essentially lascannons that, instead of firing a beam of several thousand degrees, it fires a beam of minus several degrees. Would I be allowed to swap my Lance cannons for their equivalent in Hellfrost Cannons? Also, could I swap out some of my landing craft for the new Stormfang Gunship?

Well, that's why I put up the possibility of her becoming a Ranger later down the line. Like RJ from Jungle Fury. And I did say that, rather than being a full time mentor, I wanted her to play secret mentor to one of the Rangers. Someone that one of the other Rangers would sneak off to train with in secret, then, Phantom Ranger recognizes a move that she tought him and confronts him about it. Eventually, it could come to blows between her and Phantom Ranger.

But, fine, I understand. I knew it was a long shot in the first place. Hope to RP with you again some other time.

I know that you probably aren't looking for a character like this, but I've been interested in playing on like it for quite some time. I want her to serve the Secret Sensei to one of the rangers, as well as later, either becoming the White Ranger herself, or creating the White Ranger powers for whoever eventually takes up that mantel.

Bio: Ms Panzer is a scientist from an alien planet, she dedicated her entire life to peace, finding cures for the worst diseases, creating robots for the purposes of peace keeping... Then, 10,000 years ago, her planet was invaded by Lord Zedd and his men. Zedd, having heard of her amazing technological prowes, made a deal with her, his most dispised enemy, Zordon had created an army of super soldiers, so called Power Rangers. Zedd needed something to defeat them. He ordered her to create a weapon to get this job done, and if she didn't, he would destroy her planet. She had no choice, she did as she was told... She created the vile, evil, monstrosity simply known as Serpentera. At first, he kept his word and didn't destroy her people, instead, he enslaved them. She was rescued from Zedds services by Zordons Rangers. In return, she created for them a series of robots, the original Zords. Zedd, in his anger, turned Serpentera on her planet. After the long war, Zordon and his rangers emerged victorious and both sides went into seclusion and Humanity began to grow. Unfortunately, Serpentera was too powerful to be destroyed, and so she hid it deep beneath the surface of Earths Moon.

Over the millenia, Panzer experimented with the Ranger powers, trying to create more Rangers for when Zedd eventually returned. Unfortunately, one of her experiments went wrong and she was transformed into a Monster. After that, she cut all contact with Zordon, afraid of what he might do if he found out. Things went from bad to worse when she was forced to go to the surface and one of Zordons Rangers found her. She was forced to defend herself from the Rangers she had helped to create. Since then, she hasn't been seen. She managed to cure her monster form. Now she is able to transform between her humanoid and monster form. In this form, she has the power of a Ranger. But, has been training in the ways of the warrior for the last 10,000 years, giving her a unique level of experience.
Other: In her monster form, she takes on a masculine physique and voice. Unless she turns back into her humanoid form, it is almost impossible to tell that she is female.

Biography: Born on

His first official appearance was during the Death Blade Heresy in the Lomarus sector. They fell to chaos. Officially, Lorrian was one of the loyalists among them who fought against them. After the now Heretic Warband Death Blades retreated into the Warp, the highest up of the Loyalists founded the Ignited Fists chapter. Disgusted by the heresy of his brothers, he put in for a transfer to the Deathwatch, to make sure that he could keep his battle brothers in line and loyal to the Emperor, as they should be.

Notable Achievements: During a battle on Typharius IX, he personally extinguished the life of a Wraithseer that was leading his forces to recapture a Webway Portal that the Imperial Command was studying.
On Ferrus III, he managed to hold a valuable Teleportarium against an Ork onslaught with only 2 of his Devastator Battle-Brothers. He managed to keep the Orkish Horde away from the Devastators whilst they rained holy fire on the brutes from afar.

Physical Description: Has several tattoo's across his body. Across his face, tattoos of the holy words of the Emperor. On the palms of his hands are tattoos of a book with fire across the pages. This symbol can almost be seen on his armour, although the book part has been sanded off and replaced by a Fist, the symbol of his Chapter.
His left eye is replaced with a Bale pattern optical implant. It's a prosthetic eye with the ability to fire a small laser, it has the power of a Lasgun, but only has an effective range of 6 foot, meaning that it can only be used at close range, and has little to no armour piercing ability, meaning that its only really effective on exposed skin. His helmet is modified to allow this to use it without breaking.
Vox implant in his throat, it amplifies his voice to the point where his very words have the power of a Sonic Blaster, meaning that his very words can cut through a heretic like the Emperors would through their idiotic, false philosophy. He can use this to, literally, scream an enemy to death. But like his other weapons, has a limited effective radius as a weapon. It does not only work as a weapon, but also as a means of communication, his bellows can be heard across the entire battlefield.

Class: Chaplain (Assault specialist)

Personality: Silent... He rarely talks. That is not to say that he doesn't voice himself. He's known to sing, both in the calm and in the heat of battle, his singing, thanks to his Vox implants, can kill at at close range. He is a harbinger of death, totally devoted to the Emperor. He does not believe in the Omnisiah, there is no god but the Emperor. Although he knows that, for the sake of peace, he must take pity on the poor fools that believe this. Any time Deus Mechanicus is mentioned, he is known to sigh or bite his tongue to prevent himself from killing the one that mentions it.
