Decided to jump on the Japanese Rubber Monster motif by introducing my Power Ranger.

Jan of Heart

• Name: Jan (Currently going by "Zen-Aku")

Super Strength (Able to lift 2 tons above his head)
Super Speed (one of his attacks allows him to move at speeds almost faster than the eye can see and can run as fast as a timber wolf (40mph)
Super Durable (Far more durable than the average human. His armour will stop most standard firearms.)
Transformation (Able to transform into his Black Starforce form.)
Summon Wildzords (Has 3 Wildzords, the Wolf, the Aligator and the Hammerhead Shark, able to combine into the Predazord. As well as his Starpterodactyl Zord)
• Faction: Wild Card (Attempting to infiltrate The Dai-Black Cross Army in order to destroy them from within, as well as find Jan of Courage and Jan of Wisdom.)
• World of Origin: Power Rangers: Starforce (An RP from the old forum)
• Backstory: Jan was born on Triforia and grew up with a standard childhood. When he was 10, he was taken for training by Starforce, training him to be a part of the White Ranger Corps. He was trained by former Ranger, Merrick Baliton, the original Zen-Aku. On his first mission as a part of the White Ranger Corps, he came face to face with Oragar, Leader of the Black Moon empire. He and Merrick faught Oragar, but were ultimately defeated. Jan, as a Triforian, was split into his 3 core forms, Jan of Heart, Jan of Courage and Jan of Wisdom. Jans 3 forms attempted to fight Oragar, but being unable to morph, were no match for him, Jan of Courage and Wisdom were captured by Oragar's magic and transformed into monsters under his control. Merrick managed to grab Jan of Heart and retreat back to Starforce command.

Losing his ability to morph into the White Ranger, Jan was approached by the Black Ranger Corps. (Starforce's Shady Operations corps.) who asked him to partake in a potentially dangerous experiment that, if it worked, would give him back his morphing ability, make him exceptionally strong and fast and make him the perfect spy to infiltrate the monsters... And if it failed, would turn him into an uncontrollable rage monster. Seeing no other way to get Jan of Courage and Jan of Wisdom back, he accepted. Jan was fitted with the ancient Mask of Zen-Aku, which transformed him into the powerful Duke-Org monster. After helping destroying Oragar, His other parts escaped into the multiverse to try and rebuild the evil empire. He was also given his own Black Ranger Morpher, allowing him to transform into his Black Ranger form... It doesn't grant him any more power, but it transforms his creasent moon blade into a cutlass and works well as a disguise, in case he needs to do something good without the villains finding out.

cool. I have always wanted to RP as a proper Big Robot, not like the Gundams fast moving, forget it's so big, robots. The proper ones, like The Big O. Slow, yet calculated.

But this is a mere extension to our already unknown universe.While yes in the OP I did not mentioned what I said in a later post, but at the same time this is just an interest check and any information you'd need would be in the OOC.This section of the site is to see who is interested in your idea and the OOC is where said idea is fleshed out and given life. An interest check does not have to have the refined idea placed down before the actual RP even gets to creating characters.

Look, i'm not trying to attack your idea, it's just that I pride myself on trying to learn from my mistakes. One such mistake was that I have committed to RP's which later turned out to be nothing like what I first thought I was signing on for. So, before I sign on, I want to know what I'm signing on for.

They aren't unnecessary, or me being a Jerk, it is a perfectly valid point, there are a large number of question, considering that he has said that this is his universe that he has poured a lot of his imagination into. If this is a Sci-Fi thing, then there are a large number of questions that I would like answered before placing interest.

E.G.
What other Aliens are in this universe?
What kind of technology is available? (E.G. Transporters, Cloaking devices, Stargates, Time Travel, Replicators, Lightsabers... that kind of thing.)
What kind of FTL does everyone use? (E.G. Standard Warp Technology? Jump Technology? Subspace travel?)
What kind of unique forces exist in this universe?
What kind of unknown's exist in this universe?
What Factions exist?
What major events have happened in this universe? (E.G. Wars? Famines? Plagues? Deaths of important political figures and heroes?)
What races get on well with each other/are having blood feuds with?
Does magic exist? If so, then in what form? (E.G. Jedi style The Force, Harry Potter style magic, or Outlaw Star style Tao Magic?)

At least, that's what the opening post eluded to. Slypheed didn't meantion in his first post that this was going to be an open game, just that it was set in "a universe I've been running in my head" which implies that he had already built this universe from the ground up.

I mean, there's no point in me making a Klingon Magician that spends most of his time travelling through Subspace with his Ktarl-Ktarl partner, if Magic doesn't exist, subspace travel isn't a thing, and Klingons already commited Genocide on the Ktarl-Ktarl over a century before.

Pretending to look at the Exhibits, Kyzan began to notice growing cracks in the walls around her. "What the hell?" She shuffled off to the side where few people could see and looked at a crack. she pointed the Ultimatrix symbol on her chest at the crack. "What am I looking at?" she asked. A green beam shot out and scanned it.

"MASSIVE CHRONOTON DISPLACEMENT... SCANNING... SUGGESTS CRACKS IN REALITY." Kyzan sighed.

"Cross-reference with all information on Doctor Strangefate and Professor Paradox..." she sighed. Those men had both sent her on a number of reality-hopping adventures, if this was one of them, then she was going to kick their ass.

"WAVELENGTHS CONTAIN 72.341231% CORRELATION."

"Not enough to say for definite..." she said. "Is there any way to reverse this?"

"INSUFFICIENT DATA!" it replied. Kyzan stared at it. a Chronosapien might be able to contain the Chronotons, but that was one of her currently unavailable DNA slots.

"Continue scanning it..." Luckily, her Vaxasaurian form was still available, meaning she would probably be able to punch her way out of most situations...

Kyzan's eyes scanned the room as people entered, left and talked. She needed to find out what kind of dimension this was, the lack of killer robots ruling everything was comforting. Most everyone was human... Simple way to find out. Flying down from the ceiling, she flew unseen through the crowds towards an empty bathroom. Landing, there was a bright flash of light as she transformed back into her normal form, and locked the door quickly. "Dammit... Humans... Why'd it have to be humans?" she sighed, hitting the back of her head against the door. Humans were nothing but trouble... She should know, she married one. They were undisciplined, primitive, not the most attractive things, and all of them exceptionally horny. But for the purposes of this mission, it looked like she was going to have to blend in with them. Cycling through the corrupted Ultimatrix Database, she found the human setting. Pressing it down, she transformed in another bright flash of green light. Now, she looked as human as any other woman of her age. She looked down at her human form. "Yuck..." She inspected the green jacket with the 10 on it. "It had to have Tennyson as a gene-base, didn't it?" she sighed. Well, no use in complaining she would go out and blend in, try to act as though she is from another country. Most humans were ignorant and would probably let Generisian pass for Russian. stepping out, she blended in with the crowd. Looking around and waiting for the inevitable crisis to break out, as always seemed to happen whenever she dimension hopped.

yeah, i thought i saw soemone saying they could run at 100 mph. And anyway, Zen-Aku's super-speed is only for his attacks, he is supposed to be able to run like a wolf, which is 40mph.
