I am still on RPG, so do feel free to message me. Just don't have the time or energy to actually join any RP's right now. Focusing on a LOT of other projects, including getting into Audio Drama.

As the plane landed, they would notice a woman with a parasol slowly sauntering towards them, making sure that the sun kept off her pale skin. She had a schoolgirls smile on her face and a skip in his step. She approached the old man in their midst and extended her hand for him to shake as she walked, unfortunately, she had been focusing so hard on how she looked approaching, that she hadn't noticed that her step was a little... Off... And suddenly, she found herself flat on her face, she remained still for a second. "Not... A... Word..." she moaned from the asphalt. She scrambled to her feet and exhaled deeply before re-presenting her hand to him "I." she sniffed up the blood that was slowly leaking from her nose thanks to the impact. "I got your letter." she said, handing him the invitation letter. She then looked at the others. "Wow... I didn't know there were any more of us out there." she said, the letter had only said that they were looking for extraordinary beings, and she had assumed that that meant all Bounts. She looked over at the others. "Weird how you guys seem to like being out in the open."
I'm really sorry about not posting, i've been super busy with trying to get my flat presentable for my landlord. I'll try and get an opening post up now.
I'm thinking, at the moment, of dropping the individual army building system, primarily, because it seems a little over complicated, and instead just have Battlegroups and, instead of saying what squads go in them, you upgrade them with specialities, Sort of like Star Wars: Battlefront 2. You buy a faceless battlegroup which becomes whatever it needs to be for the scenario. And then you pay to upgrade the battlegroups with different specialities E.G. you make a Battlegroup, then later, you can give it a "Improved Bikes" upgrade, which helps during fast attack based and general battle missions.

thoughts on this?

Matt I was thinking we'd be more of a squad of space marines each with our own skills.

No offense, but if I wanted to play that, I'd just get a copy of Dark Heresy or Rogue Trader. I wanted something with a bit more size and scale. I'm not saying that that wouldn't work as an RP... But it's just that, what I was going for was a little different.

So, does anyone have any idea's on how the mechanics of the game should work?

Oh, we're talking about Power Rangers? While I hold Super Sentai as superior, I will say PR has a permanent place in my heart being the series that I grew up with. Time Force is my favourite PR season -- and I don't do favourites so that says plenty. It had it all: love, honour, sacrifice, even some dark devices. You can't ask for a better PR season. Well, you can, then you'd get the tragedy that is Samurai.

Time Force also had BENNETT!!!
So you mean, each person gets their own department in the chapter and their decisions effect the chapter as a whole? Alright, I can see that working... I'll wait for a few more peoples input before changing the whole system of the RP.
I have been craving a simulator type RP based on Warhammer 40K, where you create your own Chapter of the Emperor's finest, and then use dice mechanics to decide what happens during their lifespan. You start off with however much resources, then you allocate them to your guys, then, random events will happen to you. You may start a feud with a local band of Orcs, you may have some Chaos Corruption within your midst, you could come under inspection from the Inquisition, your founding legion might declaire a crusade against the Necrons, and ask you to dedicate some forces to the cause... You may even be asked to attack another players chapter...

This is only a rough idea at the moment, but i'd love to discuss it and see where it goes. At the moment, for ease of usage, i'm currently only having it open to Space Marines, but if I can find a good way to balance stuff, then I might open it up to other forces (Such as Astra Militarum, Sisters of Battle, Adeptus Mechanicus, etc.) Anyone that joins, we're gonna need to discuss how we are going to make this work.

This is only in the planning stages, thus far, and things are going to be added, constantly. But I do hope to hear input on it.

Jason David Frank, the actor that plays Tommy... Have you seen him recently? The guy is built like a brick shithouse.

But, no, I personally would say that Cole Evans (Red Wildforce Ranger) and TJ Johnson (Red Turbo Ranger) were probably the best Red Rangers. Cole was everything that a Red Ranger is supposed to be, a heart of gold, a strong leader, and will stop at nothing to achieve victory over evil. Whereas TJ is, without a doubt, the smartest Red Ranger, the one that outsmarted his enemies, without the crutch of an "Equipment of the week" that almost every other Ranger team relied upon. No, he actually formulated battle plans and strategies for taking on their opponents (E.G. when the Psycho Rangers copied their colour counterparts skills, making them superior to their colour counterpart, he had the strategy to take the Psycho's by painting themselves all the same colour, so that they would have no idea which one is their colour counterpart.), as well as having the courage to take a stand in a no-win scenario.

If I had to choose any Red Ranger to lead me into battle, i'd have to choose TJ.

So, back to the original point, what do people think of the character itself?

No, that's been happening occasionally on the guild every once in a while. Is that the ... wait, nope, thought that was the actor for the Red Ranger in Lightspeed Rescue.

Nononono, he is not worthy to lick the boots of Carter "Balls-Out McBadass" Grayson.
Well, you said I should put down how she was picked up by them, so I did that.
