I am still on RPG, so do feel free to message me. Just don't have the time or energy to actually join any RP's right now. Focusing on a LOT of other projects, including getting into Audio Drama.

Uuuuuuuhhh... Key, I was waiting for a response to my post, and it seems as though you ignored it completely...

Seems quite reasonable... I like how you have spent some time looking into this.

I didn't look into it, i'm just that sad.

Where did you get delta flyers

Paid for them on the Cryptic Store.

I assume you mean in continuity. Well, STO follows the events of Star Trek in the year 2409, 30 years after the events of Nemesis and 22 after the Hobus Incident (Where Spock tried and failed to save Romulus. And then was sucked into a shitty movie series.) With Romulus Destroyed and Praetor (Emperoress) Denatra killed, the Romulan Empire fell into infighting, with everybody that had some semblance of power trying to set themselves up as the new Praetor. Most of them were either ignored or assassinated. Then the Klingons decided to take back the territories that they had lost during their war with the Romulans and, once again, the Khitomer Accords (Federation-Klingon Peace Treaty) broke down as the Federation took a stance against the Klingons slaughtering defenseless civilians. Eventually, using her newly acquired Herojin Allies, Sela took control of the Tal-Shiar and used her military strength to rally the rest of the disconnected Romulan states into a new Romulan Empire, where the Tal-Shiar had full control... Needless to say, an empire being ruled by a shady, secret operations, military bureau wasn't exactly the nicest place to live. Sela poured the entire wealth of the empire into rebuilding their fleets and managed to push the Klingons out of their territory.

So, now Sela had unquestionable control of the Romulan Empire and they were flat broke... So, she did what all great dictators do and got her boot-boys to start plundering the people. Everybody in the Empire lived in fear of the Tal-Shiar, either pay them everything you own, or they kill you. Finally, the inevitable rebellion happened. The Romulan people, lead by the remnants of the Reunification movement (Romulans and Vulcans used to be one species, the Reunification movement wanted to bring the two races together again) Thanks to funding from both the Federation and Klingons (In return for access to some of the Romulans Technologies), and with the Remans joining them, the Rebels managed to amass enough forces to splinter off and create their own Republic. The Republic is now in a prime location for expansion, the Klingons are protecting their boarders as part of their treaty, and the Federation are granting them ships in return for assistance during operations by Starfleet.

As far as where the Delta Flyers come from, I think that the canonical answer is that they are standard issue for any ship that is a member of Battlegroup Omega (A joint Federation, Klingon and Romulan taskforce built to deal with Borg incursions into the Alpha Quadrant.)

Well, i'm waiting on Keyblade to post.
I know, I was doing it like in the Space Marine game, where you get skills like "Feel No Pain" and "Shred" but they have their own abilities... I suppose i'd better elaborate on what they mean.

EDIT: Done. I elaborated on her abilities.
Alrighty, I defined her powers under the "Abilities" hider.

If that's the case then you're going to have to find equipment stats for you warbird. I agree with hamoflage that nemesis scimitar is op but if you are playing a watered down version (no thalaron weapon and imperfect cloak) then this makes it more fair though the scimitar is still a tanky ship with a lot of fire poweron another note, what rank are you in STO, must be pretty high to have a scimitar, almost makes me want to go back and play my vice admiral for a while

Well, her official weapons loadout is:

Fore: Twin Heavy Polaron Cannons, Twin Polaron Cannons, Twin Polaron Beam Arrays, Polaron Beam Array, Quantum Torpedo Launcher.
Aft: Polaron Turret, Quantum Torpedo Launchers, Polaron Beam Array.

Captain Picard said She's a predator...

Although, for the purposes of the RP, I'd just bump those down to Disruptors, seeing as how Polaron weapons ignore shields unless calibrated to stop it.

Sorry for the wait, been busy with IRL stuff. I'll be posting the rp and OOC thread this week, although I won't be as active as I planned so I'm getting Veritisu to help run the RP while I'm dealing with things.I've looked at the ships and I have to say right now these are ridiculously OP for this frp. The Scimitar Warbird because of a) It's perfect cloak b) It's weapon of Mass Destruction (turns the crew to stone, so essentially a one shot kill) c) It can fire under cloak and leave no visible weapon fire and d) It can still be a tank if it loses it's cloak. The Retribution is less OP, but still very worrisome as it can fight off a fuckton of ships with ease meaning if it became an issue with other players, I'd have to throw a bunch of ridiculously OP ships to even have a chance at evening the playing field (e.g. damage the shields so it only has a percentage of what it started with or taking out a bunch of your guns so you can't wipe fleets with ease).Unfortunately I can't accept either ship because of how powerful they are. Even if I permitted all ships with no restrictions, you'd be the clear winner as you have no weaknesses. Plus the point of the frp is mainly to have fun while settling an age-old debate on a hopefully level playing field. So I'm asking that you either change the ship or change universe entirely. Now on a side note, when this frp starts, I'm permitting respawns when you lose a ship BUT it has to be a different universe to the one you last used and anyone that tries to suicide just to get their ship back won't have access to the ship for a while and if it continues, they'll be booted from the frp. Hope everyone has a good week and I look forward to the stories you guys will tell us.

Actually, I was hoping to play as my crew from Star Trek Online aboard their Scimitar, the R.R.W. Seleya. See, their Scimitar is nerfed, somewhat as:
1) No Thalaron Emitters (Their insta-death weapon. That one is pretty much a no-brainer as Thalaron based weapons are highly illegal in the Romulan Republic. And, even if it wasn't, that thing is of no threat to any ship anyway, seeing as it requires the ship to drop cloak, then sit motionless for a full 10 minutes, feeding all power to the Thalaron emitters. Meaning that any attempt to use the weapon would just end in them getting the shit shot out of them and getting them, in all likelyhood, easily destroyed.)
2) Firing under cloak is not as awesome as it seems (Yes, they can fire under cloak, but since their cloak is essentially a "best guess" immitation of Shinzons perfect cloak, firing under cloak destabilizes the cloaking field forcing it to drop several seconds later and requiring at least 5 minutes to re-calibrate in order to get it back. Meaning that it's only real combat purpose is to get the jump on their opponent. And, unlike Scimitar, Seleya's cloak isn't perfect, it does give off tachyon emittions, like other cloaks. And, being that they will need the cloak in the even they should need to run, it's probably a better idea for them to just manually drop cloak before firing, so they can cloak again at will, rather than having to get their redshirts to recalibrate the sucker.)
Sorry for not posting, i've been trying to come up with a post but... Well, I wasn't really expecting that she would be in one place and then the next post put her somewhere completely different. I have no real idea how to respond to that, sorry.
