So, my idea is that, this is an alternate timeline in which the Horus Heresy never happened. Instead, at the time of the Horus Heresy, the Emperor humanities access to the Webway... Unfortunately, turns out that neither the Eldar were very into that sort of thing, upon opening it, they networked their vast power and destroyed the Webway access portal, and in order to stop the Webway portal from going out of control and destroying Holy Mother Terra, the Emperor sacrificed himself, his essence being split into the spirits of the Shamans, which finally rejoined the mass of humanity as randomly born Kensai and powerful pyskers. Afterwards, the Primarchs became the true High Lords of Terra, with Horus, the emperor's favoured son, becoming Prince Regent.

Flash to 1000 years later, the Primarchs have grown from spoiled brats with infinite power into conniving adults with infinite power. With the rapid expansion of the Imperium, people have decided to make power grabs... Most notably, Roboute Guilliman, the Primarch of the Ultramarines, has made a move that will consolidate his power, by any means necessary. He has called his brothers to gather to make a proposal for all of the Legions to be brought together under the Ultramarines banner. With a combined military, there is no way for the Imperium to fall... He has already secured the support of several of his brothers, in return for his support in their affairs...

In this RP, we each play a Primarch, out for our own political interests. The massive battle setpieces that Warhammer 40K is known for, are going to be practically non existant in this. The weapons of choice will be words, the universe will be shaped by the pen rather than the sword. There will be 2 positions open for OC primarchs being that there are 2 missing primarchs. Anyone interested in doing an RP in this universe where there isn't only war...

Alright, Matt. I think I asked at some point for you to update your Kyzan sheet of a list of what aliens she can change into and what powers they have a while back, and that list hasn't happened. You've also seem to have come across several scuffles in this discussion so far, which has me a bit concerned. I can't vouch for whether Kyzan is a psychopath or not, since both you and the others bring up good points for either option, but I can say that some characters might mistake her for the enemy, which I'll admit would make good chemistry.So... This is in a sense a warning. Not a "strike one" type of warning like a mod would give, but rather a "this might not be a good idea" type of warning.

I don't remember you ever asking me to put up every Alien... Which would take a number of hours, considering that, at last count, there was upwards of 60. But I did explain Big Chill's powers in the post itself. I'll drop a link to the Omnitrix Wiki page in the CS. I'm not going to say what Aliens she has access to at the moment, because... I'm not sure of what you consider OK and OP, E.G. I wasn't entirely sure of your views on Big Chill's intangibility power. I think the easiest way of doing it is if i drop a link to their wiki page every time she becomes one, then, you can tell me in the OOC and I can change accordingly.

The last thing I want is for my RP style to put anyone else off, because i've RP'd with assholes that do that... I'm just rping a woman who is thrown from a "kill or be killed" universe into a perfectly average universe... Naturally, she is going to be jumping at shadows.
