I am still on RPG, so do feel free to message me. Just don't have the time or energy to actually join any RP's right now. Focusing on a LOT of other projects, including getting into Audio Drama.

Computer is broke AGAIN. Dog jumped on me when I had a glass of water in my hand, but some of it leaked in. Posts are going to be slow for the next week.

The Multiverse is something that almost every nerd is familiar with. It's big, it's really big, it's so stupendously, mindbogglingly gigantic that the sum total knoweldge that you hold of it, no matter how smart, will equate to less than 0.0001% of it. Well, there is a man that fathoms an entire 1%... He is probably one of the most dangerous men in the entire of reality.

His name is Altrax. Altrax is a mysterious figure that is now travelling across the multiverse on a quest to become master of time, space and all of existance. He has amassed allies through the fear and respect that he instills.

Fortunately, his technology that allows inter-dimensional travel has one fatal flaw, it takes several hours for a dimensional portal to dissipate, meaning that those wishing to follow may do so. Will you follow the madman and try to stop his insane bid for power?

That's pretty damn sweet.

My current idea is that, essentially, yes, we are chasing the guy across the multiverse, trying to prevent him from getting his hands on dangerous technology, at the top of that list is Time Travel technology, that will grant him complete mastery over time and space. As stated earlier, I was definitely hoping for an episode where the bad-guy is shot down over modern day Earth, most likely set in the Doctor Who universe. My thinking is that he attempts to try and capture a T.A.R.D.I.S. which, naturally, his ship is simply no match for. The Temporal weapons of said T.A.R.D.I.S. simply too much for even his OP ship.
Well... Something I was thinking about was maybe setting it across multiple universes. I mean, maybe starting in the Halo Universe, but then getting thrown into the Star Wars Universe, then maybe showing up in the Doctor Who universe for a little while.

As for story. I was thinking something along the lines of a single villain. Said villain is travelling across the multiverse, stealing technologies and amassing allies in order to create the first Multiversal Empire. Naturally, each of us have a run in with his ship and managing to follow him through the Multiversal travel vortex to the next universe.

Slightly inspired by the Voyager episode Year of Hell. At the same time, I was thinking of maybe some time travel shenanigans. I was thinking of one possible episode involving their combined forces actually managing to defeat the bad-guy's ship, but it escaping back to earth, 2015. It would be interesting for the Battlestar Galactica and Star Wars crews, the former finally getting to visit the fabled cradle of human civilization, and the latter maybe being convinced that Earth is just Corellia from the distant past.

"But I thought Star Wars was a Long Time Ago..."
So, should I get an OOC going?
I didn't mean to be a dick, nor was I saying "don't do it". Having a rancor fucking shit up on the real would be sweet. Just putting in my two cents on why it shouldn't be seen as OP, and tacitly suggesting ways to use the rancor to the best effect.

Though, now that you mention gasoline...

Sorry, that last post wasn't supposed to be a "Get a load of this dick" response. It was more amused than anything else :)

It's just that... Well, apart from the obvious tactical advantage that... Well, they are dropping a FUCKING RANCOR into the middle of a battle, I was mainly thinking of using it as a distraction, because, I think any army has to stop and think for a minute, once they see their enemies spawn the bastard offspring of Jaws and Godzilla.
I don't think it is OP, honestly. Rancors are:

Not as armored as tanks
Slow
Melee Only
Facing by AT troops
Facing armored elements.
Surrounded by regular troops with grenades
Unsupported by other Rancors
Easily removed by air support.
In the open, far away from enemies and cover [probably]

Doesn't strike me as OP.

Great... Well, if you want me to fight fire with Gasoline, i'm more than happy to, it's just that I thought it'd be seen as OP.
Alright, everyone. I have been having evil thoughts, and I just need you guys to tell me that this is an OP ability.

After a 5 hour binge on Star Wars: EaW: FoC, it occured to me that Dathomirians (like Kiana) are naturally attuned to the wild rancors of the planet... And Silri has the ability to summon a small one... I keep thinking "Wouldn't it serve as an epic distraction if she managed to summon a Rancor here?"

Just tell me that it's OP so I will stop thinking about doing it.
@mattmanganon It looks like you and I are fighting the Neo-Crusaders that Anora sent to keep us occupied while she talked to Varrik. They managed to blow up one of the turrets, but are badly beaten in the process; so we just have to write out that battle, basically, and maybe our reactions to Varrik getting pulled away/speaking to Anora. If you want to collab any of the fight let me know, but I'm ok with people writing for my character as long as they do it respectfully.

I'm gonna wait for you to write up your next post before I do mine, unless you'd prefer that I post first.

If you could post, that'd be brilliant. Also, i'd love to collab on a post, it's always nice to mingle with other characters, without filling the IC with it :)
I'm a little confused as to what my and Xyanthra are supposed to be doing at this point...
Well, if Penultimate is still interested, then that's 5 of us. I might take over this, since it's a little obvious that TheOncomingStorm isn't coming back.
