Name: The Doctor
Canon Information (measurements, age, etc.): Aged 748 years old, currently in his 3rd incarnation. 5'11
Personality: A man of action, aggressively joining the fray, unlike his first two incarnations, who generally insinuated themselves into events discreetly. He was unafraid to pitch in physically, often using his mastery of Venusian aikido when the situation called for it. Staunchly moral, the Doctor was every bit the gentleman, a hero of the Victorian mould. An eternal optimist, this Doctor often comforts people when all hope seemed lost to them.
Likes: His TARDIS, Everyone getting along, his shoes, his companions, U.N.I.T.
Dislikes: Fighting, needless violence, the Timelords.
Powers: Superhuman Durability (The Doctor has show the ability to survive hits that would easily kill normal humans.
Regeneration (In the event that his body should be damaged beyond conventional repair, he can regenerate his entire body, transforming into someone else. However, this leaves him disorientated. And if interrupted, is fatal)
Master of Weapons (Although history remembers his Eighth incarnation as the greatest warrior to ever exist, his third incarnation is no-one to scoff at. He seems to be a master of every weapon he picks up.)
Weaknesses:
Interrupting his Regenerations is fatal.
Not a violent man by nature (Dislikes fighting.)
Character Bio

(I was wondering, would it be alright if he kept jumping between incarnations. I think it could be fun with him jumping between his 13 different selves at random. Sometimes even crossing personalities and forms. So, sometimes he'll jump into the 7th Doctors form, then suddenly he'll jump back to the Third doctor, only retaining 7th's personality. Definitely can't wait to play the 3rd Doctor in 10th's form "What on earth is all of this, A tacky suit... I'm young... And what have I got on my feet?" Maybe have him jump into Peter Cushing's form "I don't know this one-... Wait a moment... *Feels top lip* A mustache... It's about time.")

So long as I get to actually RP in this, i'm not particularly bothered who the GM is... Unless it's one of those Douchebag RPers like TheVirginian... I'll warn you all, he was on the old forum, if he ever shows up, NEVER try to RP with him. He tries to take control of the RP, and then when he doesn't get his way, he calls everyone "Terrible RPer's" deletes all his posts, then leaves... Don't bother with him, you will regret doing otherwise.

Close to the large battleground, in an abandoned building, a black, crackling blob of light fell to the floor before the form of Zen-Aku appeared. He looked around "Seems like a normal place. He looked over to the miniature Pterodactylzord that was perched on his shoulder. "Scout the area." he ordered. It gave a quiet metalic shriek before taking off and flying out of the window. It swooped across the battlefield, watching the fights happening. Zen-Aku sat down with his morpher, a small screen came up to show him what the miniature zord could see. "Such strange creatures... And so aggressive..." he said. "Yet no sigh of the others. Continue scouting." he ordered. Perhaps if the Black Ranger were to grace the field, then his enemies would be drawn out. But he needed to wait for more information before doing so. Doing otherwise could compromise his situation.

All the character's I have ideas for are either too 1st string or too overpowered! :P It doesn't help that I'm not that familiar with the more lesser known characters of the Marvel Universe!

Well, here's what I did when I first started doing AU Superhero RP's. Look through the wiki until you come to someone catches your eye, be it because you like their costume, or you like their power, or whatever, then, just make your own story up about them, eventually, you get curious about them and sit down and properly learn about them. That's how I learned about Captain Britain and Spider-Woman, as well as a host of other cool characters that nobody seems to ever talk about... And I even learned to like a few of the... Less appreciated characters from Marvel. Such as Howard the Duck.
