FallenTrinity At the moment, Galvus was lost in thought and the pieces of his rifle laid out before him. He had started to clean his weapon for the first time in a few weeks in the lull between Reena leaving and another person approaching, and decidedly tuned the world out while doing so.
"Galvus Velinian?" The Zaetherian's head whipped towards the person who just interrupted his maintenance. "I'm Captain Raymond Chase. This is the Monroe, and it will be your new home for a while. Welcome to the Marauders." He flexed his mandibles in a smirk and stood as Ray's arm extended for a handshake.
"Well, Captain Chase, I'm honored to be on your ship." The alien took the human's hand and shook it, soon letting go and returning to his previous, highly invigorating activity of stripping and cleaning a gun that lights things on fire. He paused within a few minutes, however, and returned his gaze to the captain.
"Say, if you see that Sorlas girl... crap, what's her name again? Reager or something like that? Anyway, send her my way, I had an idea to slim those suits down a while ago." He actually went back to his previous activity, this time pulling a scrap of paper from a pouch in his armor and setting it beside an empty magazine.
