Kento looked at the three and smiled. "You three need to lighten up a bit. I wanted to see what you three would do if I didn't show up. And Megumi did want I hoped, searched. But what I want to know is more about you three. Megumi? Why don't you start" He handed her a rice bowl and she swallowed. "I am Megumi Shade of the Shade clan...and I am learning to master Shadow Jitsu, the art of my clan..." Kento smiled and nodded. "Very nice. Alright Waru, your next. Then Hikari"

One Piece: The New Crew

She lead them to the back of the base and looked around outside, hearing blasts and cries of pain. "Seems like I did miss one....this is really not my day" she headed out, knowing that no one would really notice them with everything going on. But she stopped on the wall and looked down into the courtyard and saw the damage. A man was standing in the middle of the courtyard, sparks flying everywhere. She sighed and said "captain bolt....why did he have to be the one...." She looked at the sailor and said "head to the dock and ask for a lady named scarlet. She is our way out of here, tell her to bring the boat to the harbor on the other side of the base. I can't leave with this nut job running around...."

Tony nodded and said "yep, she is one of the best. And we will be lucky to have her if anything goes wrong" banner nodded and said "I'll leave you guys to it....good luck" he headed back for the main doors just as hawkeye and doc walked thru. He stopped her for a moment and said "thanks for going in my place....to day is...well, not one of my good days" he smiled then headed inside as tony leaned out of the ships door. "Come on, legolas, let's get going. Doc, you take all the time you need"

The hydra agents were working to open the main doors to the back vault, one was looking at a huge cyro tank. "Hey guys, look at this thing. I've never seen one this big" one of the other agents turned and said "records say that's weapon death angel. But that's all it says"

Jack bowed again and said " it would be my pleasure. If you would, mr. North" frost suddenly looked around, feeling something was off, like something bad had happened somewhere. He looked at tooth who sure enough was looking around wildly. Skellingtion saw them and stood tall, looking at them. "Is something a miss my friends?" Frost shook his head and said " I don't know.,,something feels....wrong. Like when you forget to turn the stove off or something....it feels like something important but I can't remember" tooth nodded, as did sandy.

Angel moaned, fighting to get up, trying to moved but her body was too weak. She wouldn't be able to stay awake long, but she had to try. She reached for her wing and pulled a lose feather out and kissed it to her lips. "If any spirit can hear me..." She blew on the feather and it floated away, heading for the nearest help. Then Angel shuttered and hit the ground again, darkness taking her once more.

Tony looked at him and said "well, if what we have been reading is true, it can't be from the allies side. Remember my dad was part of the project. In his notes Rogers was the only one....but I highly doubt no one else didn't try...." He yawned and rolled his neck and said "but we will just have to wait and see what turns up in the searches" just then the lab doors opened and Rogers walked in. "Suit up guys, we got a live one. Hydra agents were spotted trying to get into a abandoned lab. Looks like they found one of one labs from the war" tony got up and said "sweet, field trip time"

They all sat on the ship, black widow siting in the pilot sit as they waited for everyone. Tony said "so which doc are we getting" banner looked inside the ship and said "Doc will be going with you to the base. I....would prefer to stay behind and not get into a fight today"

Jack bowed to them all and said " it is a pleasure to be here, north. I am very happy to join the ranks of the guardians" frost shook his head and said "you and north will be great friends. But where are tooth and sandy?" Right on que the window opened and tooth and sandy came flying in. Tooth landed and said "sorry, sorry we are late. It's my fault, got side tracked" frost nodded and said "now that we are all here, let's get down to business. The main reason for the meeting was that the man in the moon wanted to call more guardians. Jack Skellington, the king of Halloween, is one of them." Skellington bowed and said "I am happy to be here. Nothing is more important then the protection of the children" jack nodded then said "there is one more which we are waiting to hear about from the man in the...." Just then the seal on the floor glowed and the moon beam appeared and a figure appeared, which looked like a angel. Frost tilted his head and aid "I don't know her...." Skulkington moved forward and said " I do. She is Angel, the protector of fate and souls of children, we have met before. But she's a powerful spirit, what could cause her to be needed now?"

Angel was watching the city again from the top iof a church building, ever watching when a streak of black past her view. She frowned and said "that's not going to happen" she released her wings and took off after the black form, fighting to catch up. It was like the stuff she had caught earlier that night but before it took a host. She flew a head of it and cut it off, catching it in her wings and both fell onto a rooftop, hitting the stone hard. Angel got back up, reaching for her blade as the black form twisted and turned before her eyes and took on the shape of a tiger, no sound coming from it as it moved towards her. She watched it, unsure what this was. It looked like one of Pitch's creatures, but something was off about it. The tiger jumped at her and she pulled her blade free and cut it right in half. Not that it did any good, simply reforming and facing her again. Angel circled the creature and the tiger suddenly lost it's form and flew straight at her. Angel was caught by surprise and the blackness hit her straight in the chest, going into her body. She cried out and fell to her knees, feeling her powers weaken and almost ending drained from her. Her eyes glowed as she muttered "get....out...." Her black wings suddenly turned pure white along with her clothing, taking her true form that only children could see. The blackness burst out from her and hit the ground, unable to hold it's form as it slowly turned to ash. Angel panted, returning to her hidden form and tried to get up. Then she looked down and saw her body covered in cuts and wounds, a big one right where the blackness burst from. "Darn....well...that's...not good..." And fell to her knees, her head spinning from the wounds and the drain on her powers. She looked up at the moon and said "man...in the moon....a little...help..." Then she hit the stone, blackness taking her.

London, England. August 18, 1942
She landed on the roof, her cloak of shadows wrapped around her like a cloak. Something wasn't right about this. Her contact should have been here. She stood up, seeing Big Ben not far away as she looked around for any sign of life. Then she checked her pocket watch, her dark clothing hiding her in the darkness. "Riku said they wee meeting me here...they are late..." The. She sniffed the air and it hit her. Cigar smoke. German cigar smoke. And she sniffed again and she smelled gun powder and....dead skin. She closed her eyes as she heard the steps behind her and a thick German accent said "good evening, ms. Shade....." She turned to see a squad of nazis aiming guns at her and their leader....red skull. She faced them fully and she muttered "hello commander....I guess I was set up...." He smiled then she felt pain in her neck and she fell to her knees, blackness taking over as she hit the ground.....

Present day
Tony was working in his lab, sparks flying as he tried to weld two pieces of metal together, feeling banners eyes on his back. Without looking up he said "Bruce, if you have something to say, just say it. Or your other side might say it with his fists" they had been working in the lab for days almost, but banner had been taking breaks. Tony, like normal, refused to. The project they were working on was too important in his eyes. He went back to welding, waiting for the doctor to answer
