As the kitchen began to crowd almost as soon as Yuli came in from outside, she couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed. She was still new to this family, and her own family consisted of just her father, mother, and herself so she was not used to such a clan just yet. "Is Henry here Yuli? I have a soft spot for dogs. Any performances coming up for you? After your last one, well, you won yourself a humble fan." Vanessa asked, as she sat down at the table. Yuli nodded, "Yes, he's outside still playing around. He loves being able to have a backyard to play in, when I lived at the apartment he was always so bored!" she explained, using her hands as she talked for slight emphasis. "And yes, I have a performance coming up at the end of the month, it's a showcase for a few different dancers so it should be fun! I'll try to get you guys tickets if you'd like." she stated, a small smile across her face.

Her hands rested in her lap adjusting her navy blue skirt, tugging it down gently at the hem. Her eyes gazed to Jacob as she placed her hand on his knee. A small loving gesture to show how much she enjoyed his presence.

Style

Yuli had spent her earliest parts of the morning jogging before Jacob had woken up. She used this time to think about positive things to come, and often negative things as well. Getting home she changed into a more flattering outfit besides her gym attire, and made a cup of coffee. Sitting outside on the house's backyard porch she watched her dog Henry smell the ground and run around. "Come on Henry, let's go inside and see if Daddy's awake." she called to the small dog as she took a sip of her drink and pulled herself up onto her feet.

Turning around and going inside she was met with her fiance's charming smile and bright loving eyes. "Good morning handsome." she cooed, leaning over and kissing his temple gently before joining him at the table. She hadn't wanted any of the pancakes their maid had prepared and had settled for a granola bar before her jog earlier.

Changing Lanes

Quinn took off sprinting as Amelia was set as the designated seeker. She felt a bit exhilarated as she darted into the woods her flashlight dancing across in front of her as she tried to find a good spot to hide. Not wanting to get too dirty, she decided not to get too hands on with her approach and figured she wouldn't be too devastated getting found first. "Ready or not, here I come!" Amy's voice rang out and Quinn couldn't help but let out a small gasp of excitement as she quickly squatted down behind a fallen tree. Clicking off her flashlight, and holding it against her chest.

Thoughts of the day entered her mind as she listened for Amelia to come find her. It had been a good day so far, the group had arrived safely with no problems between them yet. Tomorrow will be filled with more activities and great times to have. Hopefully.

I'm most looking forward to actually having a role play that has mysteries and character development to dive into. It's very hard to find a dedicated group of people on this site, but I have hope for this. I'm curious to see how my character will fair with some of the others, I've never really played a "crazy" character before in a sense.

I think your graphics are great :) But if you'd like me to make you some, I wouldn't mind.
