To answer your question, I will be controlling the killer.

If your character gets killed (which I probably wont do unless you are inactive, or choose to do so for plot)
Then you are definitely allowed to make a new character- :)

Oh my goodness! I knew I shouldn't have stayed away from the guild so long today.

We will be going with scenario ONE.
That means we have a serial killer afoot, onfoot, infoot or something like that.

I like my roleplays to be realistic and entertaining.
I love grit and grime but don't mind silliness now and again. We're human after all.

I'm going to make the killer's nickname THE ALLIGATOR.

I didn't get to work on the OOC as much as I liked today but I am thinking i'll do this instead:
2-3 (1 being my character) teenagers/3-4 siblings/4-5 townies
Townies include police member if you'd like.

Bailey is a very fun loving teenager, who has been grounded most of her life for doing something her parents didn't want her to. She loves hard, and takes care of her friends extremely well- that is..when she remembers to call them or show up at the place she was told to meet at. Her mouth gets her in trouble more often than not, and she is the one to start swinging first in a fight. If she doesn't like you, she will let you know right to your face. First impressions definitely aren't Bailey's strong point.

Bailey enjoys the rush of partying late at night with her friends and strangers alike. She drinks, smokes, and has experimented with a few drugs- though she didn't really like the outcome of them so hasn't done any recently. She likes driving around town in her old rusted blue truck that her grandfather had given to her for her sixteenth birthday present. She loves swimming, and can often be found at the various lakes and swimming pools spread out around town- her bathing suit practically part of her daily attire. She doesn't like to talk about it, but she has interest in musicals and actually wants to go to college for the arts when she graduates high school next year.

▾ Biography:

Born and raised in the deep south to Baker and Gloria Sinclaire, Bailey was brought up as an only child until her younger brother was born. She was destined to be a sweet southern belle but all of that training really went out the window the moment she turned thirteen. The family still however attends church every Sunday, arriving early and staying late. Her parents both work at the high school: her father as a janitor and her mother as a secretary in the main office. You'd think this would motivate Bailey to do well in school, but the only thing it really did was make it more accessible to get hall passes and excuses to leave class.

Besides school, Bailey spends most of her time wrapped up in her social life with her friends or bugging her little brother. Though her group is filled to the brim with the trouble makers of the town, you can tell they really care about one another and have been extremely loyal to one another during the hard times too. Summer time was sure to bring a whole lot of trouble and fun to them all. If she isn't grounded for most of it.

It's July and a hot Louisiana summer bears down on 4 teenagers and their younger siblings. "If you're joking about this, I'll throw you straight in the bayou!" one threatens their sibling. "we're not teasing!" the siblings whine back. Earlier that day the group of younger kids had been digging down by the water, trying to create a private "pool" for themselves when they stumbled across some human remains. When the full group reached the scene of the crime, it was very shocking to say the least. It hadn't been a joke after all, and the mangled body of a young woman would haunt their thoughts and dreams for days to come.

Police investigation became quickly underway in the small town, and that's where our story starts.

So, this is an idea I've used before, but have been throwing around in my head and would like to try it again with a few new twists. We would be playing the 4 teenagers and their younger siblings (you may double) and I would be willing to open spaces for the investigation team, the killer/monster, and other townies.

It is for us to decide whether this is:

1) A serial killer
2) A one time situation with deep meaning
3) A non human monster
