I too am waiting until the group is a bit more defined as who is really going to be here and who isn't. Nothing disappoints me more than getting excited over relationships and back stories with characters just to be like "lol k bye"

The Poor Among Us

Cadence had been setting up the dorm room for the arrival of her new room mate practically all morning. Her previous room mate had just graduated leaving the space available for one of the new arrivals. Every new year brought in a group of students that were there on scholarship. Candy didn't have any bad thoughts towards these people. She was raised to treat everyone equally no matter what walks of life they came from. However, she did feel bad for a lot of them- as they often we're bullied and looked down upon by some of the more pretentious students.

Opening the window up she let in the bright sun and the cool breeze. She smiled adjusting the hem of her jean shorts, rolling it slightly. She usually dressed a bit more classy, but since it was before class and she needed to get some cleaning done, she settled for shorts and a plain white tee. A big sigh escaped her lips as she plopped down on her own made bed. She wasn't given too much information about her new room mate but was hoping they were going to be nice.

Cadence is the only child of Marcus and Natasha Adrian. Growing up originally in a small town outside LA, the family was fairly well off; her father a writer and her mother a dermatologist. They were an odd duo, but stuck together and raised a well rounded and ambitious daughter. Just recently they have decided to move to give their daughter a better education at a private institute.

Cadence is in many extra curricular activities; choir, student council, and dance. She is a bit of a social butterfly, but isn't one to party or sleep around. She's very old fashioned in a sense, and would prefer a guy to court her a bit before trying to make moves. She was deemed the nickname Candy early on when she moved to the school, a play with her name but also on her attitude: overly sweet.

- Attends private dance lessons every other weekend
