Devika looked back at Kalinda, trying to hold her barriers in some kind of formation. "That would be helpful. But I need to sit down..." She trudged the rest of the way up the stairs, and made it to her own dorm room before nearly collapsing into a beanbag chair that was filled with very soft fluff. She sat there, her body curled into a weak ball, before she started to speak.

"I had an encounter with... what is that girl's name... Blonde, crazy eyed. She touched me. She walked up and grabbed my face, and... I absorbed her emotions, and.. and more."

Mm... I ate today. Yogurt in the morning... and a hamburger for dinner. That's really it.

I posted, yay. Still not feeling all that great. I slept over 12 hours today. Went to bed last night around midnight, woke up past 1pm today. I don't know what's wrong.

Devika clenched her jaw in an effort not to emote. She was alone in this. She honestly didn't know what to do, who she could possibly turn to. "Thank you for... listening anyway." Her voice was shaky, and obviously near tears. She started up the stairs, walking as if her body wasn't sure how to perform the task.

I just want to know.. what's going to make your other games less likely to fail than this one? I mean, this one plopped because it was less exciting than the one we have going with Young Justice, right? So... what's the difference?

Kijani didn't have the heart or the nerve to tell Ben that he should have gotten that in writing. There would be more time for that later, when none of them were dead. She rose and smoothed her suit before heading out the door. The sight of the limo made her smile a bit. They were going to battle in style. She removed her sword from around her back, and slid into the car, calmly resting it across her lap. Leaning against the soft, plush seat, she relaxed and wished, briefly, that she had a cold drink.
