Kijani flinched as Esuterura's voice entered her mind, uninvited and unwanted. She immediately started thinking of limericks, repeating them one after another to block out the telepath. "If you want to know so badly, learn to listen with your ears." She wasn't going to encourage that kind of behavior, not at all. There was basically a big 'STAY OUT' sign pasted across her forehead. "Besides, I was talking to someone else." Anyone else.

Once the Hulk was down, Kijani started helping with the clean up process, which for her included making sure people weren't dead or bleeding. Her knowledge was limited, but she knew how to set a broken bone, at least. She was in the midst of the crowd, mentally debriefing herself about the fight. It hit her then, and she got very confused, wondering how she could have missed something so crucial.

"Hey... anyone who can hear me..." She was speaking to make sure it was caught on the earpiece. "...I... I think there's something wrong."

So what's this 'cerebrus?' character you mentioned in your first post? I love modern fantasy to pieces, so I'd like to work with that, maybe it'll work out better than our first try.

Kijani skidded and then tossed a few more knives. But they went at too high an arc, shooting toward Connor and missing the Hulk entirely.

Kijani grinned wildly and darted into the crowd. "You morons may wanna make a path!" At that, people started screaming and running like ants in the rain, scrambling in all directions. Kijani kept on moving through, dodging and at some points pushing her way through. She aimed several more knives and let fly, high, going for the Hulk's face.
