Yay, Kijani's off the hook. Maybe other people will come back so she actually has a team. I'm not at all comfortable with attempting to play other people's characters. I mean, that's like... wearing their underwear. It's going to be incredibly awkward and isn't going to fit.

Kijani let out a breath of utter relief about not having to 'lead' her team, and silently thanked whatever benevolent god who had cut her a break. "Well, I'm all warmed up and I have nothing to do with it." She flipped and did a full handstand, balancing in place for several seconds. Just plain showing off, at this point. "Who wants to dance? Any takers?" She'd gotten herself all geared up to play, physically, and there was really nothing for it but to expend the energy.

Besides the fact that I don't think Mjolnir can be 'given' away, you've got an awesome idea, Someone. I'd love to know if Jessica has her mother's brain.

Jinny studied the red truck, thinking. It was almost a full minute before she said. "...we're gonna need the tools, too. If we get the truck we need to be able to fix it." She frowned, her little face settling into a look of concentration. "We gotta make a distraction. Not a scary one, 'cause then he'll come with a gun. Something not scary, but enough to make him go away from where he is." There was a flash of determination in her dark eyes. "I can do it. He looks mean but he probably won't shoot first at a dirty little kid with no weapon." She looked up to Mr. Josh for approval. "Right?"

Honestly I have no idea what to post... I want my girl to get into trouble in town, but I've got like... a paragraph and a half, it's just not cutting it.

Jinny smiled as Mr. Josh used the jerky from earlier to make the dog go away. That was very smart, she'd forgotten all about the fact that they had food... she'd just sort of frozen up and not thought. With a nod, she kept on going, her eyes darting from side to side, making sure they weren't going to get taken by surprise again. Some how she knew it wouldn't be an easily distracted dog the next time.

The road was coming into view now, and it couldn't have come any sooner. Her hands on the pistol were starting to hurt, her arms too, from holding it somewhat steady while she walked. Being tough was harder than she thought it was... "We're almost there." She shot Mr. Josh a hopeful little grin.
