I'm aware, sadly Dimitri isn't one that's well versed in first aid given his condition. Also, that is the greatest ending of all time for those three. I'm now imagining them living in a beachfront flat purchased with the money he stole (which would likely forever be his dark secret), and whenever they save passengers from a sunken ship he proceeds to berate the captain of the vessel until Kassy stops him. This image is glorious. Kudos for remembering Regis too!

It's not every day a bad-tempered hero has a pet iguana. I have a good memory for good stories.
Dimitri listened idly to the others discussing who they were and what their abilities are, only chiming in once one student seemed to address everyone as a whole. "Nope,'fraid i'm at a loss here when it comes to familiarity. Name's Dimitri, Dimitri Lockhart, though the last set of hobos I shacked up with before coming here called me Decibel. You guys are free to call me whichever one you want.". Dimitri would've taken the opportunity to explain how he'd received his nickname, however the booming voice of the co-headmaster stopped him before he could even get the chance. Dimitri's head slumped as Mammoth shot down any hopes of avoiding being in trouble for his lateness, however he still managed a lopsided grin. "Alright, I suppose I brought that one on myself. Guess i'd better get my arm fixed up now before I end up late twice in a row." He said with a hint of mirth. With that, Dimitri spun on his heel and made his way for the exit, already unzipping the small repair kit attached to his belt. Just before he could make it out of the door however, one of the students began shouting for assistance. The cyborg turned his head, then sighed as he saw Jetta's unconscious form, "Goddamn my softness." he muttered as he turned back around and walked towards James and Jetta. "Alright, let's see what we got.", He said as he crouched and lightly tapped Jetta's face, "C'mon, wakey wakey slugger, now's not a good time for a power nap.". When he did not receive a response, Dimitri sighed and held his hand about a foot above Jetta's face and paused to think. "Hrm...just below motor cycle revving loudness should do. Plenty loud, but not enough to deafen her. 'Least so long as I don't do it continuously.", He said to himself as his arm began to vibrate. "Let's try this again, wakey wakey!" He said as a short blast of sound was emitted from the speaker in his palm.

The unconscious Jin flinched in reflex to the noisy stimuli, but she didn't stir more than that, or wake at all. Her chest simply rose and fell, and there was a faint, silvery light distortion starting to surround her.
Connor pondered that a moment. "Well, you can never run from yourself, so...a vacation from those who want to use you, or hurt you" Maybe he could do that for her, one day. He sighed after a moment, and said "I want to be...normal. Or at least not have people say, "Oh, you're Tony Stark's son?" and know that they think that's all that there is to me" He shrugged.

Kijani nodded a bit. "I understand. I got that a lot, when I was growing up at my parents' house. They were both famous, masters in their respective fields. Half the time, when I got dragged to things with them, the people I spoke to didn't even know they had a daughter." There was an icy bitterness in her voice, but beneath that she was clearly hurt. "You, though... you'll make your own name. One day, you'll be one of the greats, and when people say your name, they'll be talking about what you've accomplished, what you've made, and how you've made the world better. Your father will be on the back page of your story, not the whole story."
Well my original plan was to use a frayed wire from Dimitri's messed up arm to zap her a few times, but that'd require further deconstruction of his limb. Now Dimitri's just doing what he knows wakes heavy sleepers. Still would've been more polite than what Pulse would've done had I used him instead though, hah. And no worries about using the wrong name, I can't even begin to tell you how many times i've accidentally referred to one of my characters by a name for another RP.

Well, she's not asleep... She's unconscious. Those are not the same. Also, I remember Pulse. (Secretly I imagine he trained Kassy and they booked it to some sunny coastal city. He, her and Regis save drowning tourists and sinking boats, and the locals call them the Life Guards.)
Uh... not sure if sound is gonna wake Jin right now. Edit: Also, I misnamed my own character, how the hell... *rubs face* "Jetta" is her name in a whole other universe.
Connor could feel the tremor, barely noticeable, and wondered, but didn't asked her, what was wrong. He knew that Kijani would tell him when she wanted to, but it didn't stop him worrying. It frustrated him certainly, and made him feel useless, but he understood that she kept things to herself. Until they shattered her. So perhaps he should ask what was wrong, but it hurt, even a little, that she didn't feel like she could share it willingly. He seemed a little taken aback when she asked if there was anything he ever really wanted to do. He was thoughtful for a moment, but what he had always wanted to do, wasn't something that could be done now, then shook his head, "No, not really. is there anything you ever really, really wanted to do?" He turned the question back around to her.

Kijani smiled mildly, thinking about that. "I want a vacation. Like, a real vacation, where I could do anything I wanted, and no one be looking, or talking about me behind my back, or really even notice that I was different. I want a vacation from... well, me."
I sent you a PM, Shining Sector, detailing my alien idea.
Devika had retreated to a seat, putting on her gloves and even a thick scarf around her head. Even though they hadn't been in any sort of control, making contact with Griffin and Zack made her feel scattered. Even from where she was sitting, she had felt the mental war playing out, the subconscious emotions pushing at her defenses like waves breaking a rocky shore. She wanted to puke. "Nngh." She shut her eyes, trying to will away the sick feeling. "I'd kill for some ginger ale. Or a good cup of tea, and a room with no people..." -- Kijani walked with Connor, her hand in his. Despite her face, which would look composed and calm to most, she was paler than usual, and still faintly sweating. There was a fine tremor in her body that she was pretending she didn't feel. She knew that if she gave into it, she would crumble. She also knew that Connor would sacrifice his whole day to take care of her if it was necessary, and that was not going to happen. Not again, never again, she wouldn't let him ruin himself because she was so weak. Never again. "Hey, Connor? Is there anything you ever really, really wanted to do?"
Name: Jinayah Ifriti Alias: Orbit Age: 16 Gender: Neither? Skills: Lockpicking, pickpocketing, vault cracking, stealth movement, reading blueprints, motorcycle riding, advanced knowledge of high level math and physics, mechanical, engineering and computer talent (She makes a great deal of her own equipment), incredibly skilled aim (aided by the use of rapid mental math) Powers: Telekinesis -Jin can lift about 300 pounds while she's on the ground. She has difficulty with more delicate movements. -While hovering/flying, her weight limit drops by about half. -She can use her kinesis to 'fly'. It isn't full flight. She basically pushes herself from object to object, using the momentum to give herself speed and height. If she was in a flat field, she could only achieve a height of maybe five feet off the ground, but could still move incredibly fast. -Jin's favorite use of her power is to enhance her fighting strength. She uses it to give her punches and kicks more force, and can easily keep up this fighting style while flying. Equipment: Super Suit - black with purple trim Lockpicks Scanner goggles Her "orbs"- metal spheres that can be controlled via signal through the technology in her gloves. Street motorcycle Personality: Jin is smart mouthed, usually. She enjoys cracking jokes and being humorous. She is not very adept at close relationships, however, and tends to keep people at arm's length. If people try to get too close, she will lash out, and try to force them away. History: Jin lost her parents at a young age. She lived on the streets for a significant part of her childhood, learning to steal for money in order to eat. When she was about ten, she was adopted by a man who turned out to be a professional thief. He taught her everything she needed to know, and when she was old enough, he sent her to HIVE. While he could easily teach her to be a master thief, he knows there are certain things that only a school like that could teach his kid. Jin really didn't want to go, and they haven't spoken since he enrolled her. (Hive Five!) Appearance: 5'0'', dark skin, dark eyes, short black hair, petite and androgynous build, wears loose shirts and jeans Other: -I refer to Jin as 'she' because she is biologically female. If asked directly about her gender, she would probably say something sarcastic, like 'can't you tell?' and walk away. In truth, she doesn't feel quite right saying that she is female or male.
Jetta started off on the course when other students started rushing past her. She felt silly for asking- that's what she got for being polite! While she was able to dodge the turrets with ease, there was a ringing in her ears. It only increased by the time she reached the next obstacle, and got to the point where it was drowning out everything else. "Not good..." She muttered, trying to cross a bridge determined to blast her into the water with well placed air cannons. "Oh, shi-" Everything went gray for several moments as the tinny whine in her ears turned to screaming, and her legs went out from under her. The air cannon hit her not five seconds after that, pushing her off the bridge into the water. The water was ice cold, and the sharpness of it was the only thing that brought her back to semiconscious. She had enough energy to get back to solid ground, and then fought to stay conscious. She heard others crossing the finish line, and a winner being declared. Apparently class was done. That was good enough for her, but she couldn't move. All of a sudden, her power hit her again like a speeding truck. Her eyes rolled back and she blacked out.
