Kijani finished and wound down to a careful stop. Now that she was warmed up, she wanted to do more. Carefully, she started to turn cartwheels and backflips on the side of the track, her lean body gracefully twisting and turning.

Devika shrugged mildly. "Don't worry... *huff* About it, I'm used to losing." Once the torture was over and she'd completed her laps, she bent over, hands to knees, panting for breath. "Ugh... I have really got to do something about this." But she didn't know what. She really didn't know her way around weights or gym equipment, unless you counted a treadmill. "Does this place have personal trainers?" She wiped her forehead with her shirt, revealing her pudgy muffin top.

Kijani signed hastily to Sue once they were out on the track, feeling awkward trying to run and speak with her hands. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hit you in the face like that. I have bruise cream in my dorm if you want it. Good game, though." She gave a polite nod to Anthony, and then continued on, her long legs eating up the meters.

Devika found herself falling into step beside John, her chunky body bouncing with the pace of jogging. "This... really sucks... What did I... get myself into?" Her cheeks were already starting to redden, and her breath was coming out in white puffs.

Does this site have a rating limit for darker themes? Like... can we get serious? And if so, how serious?

Because if this current arc ends up the way I think it is... Uh... well, I've been playing Break the Haughty with Kijani this whole time, and well...

Kijani was dodgy by nature, and had gotten much, much better at it with her martial arts. She twisted around Sue's shot, danced back, and launched a shot of her own.

Devika saw the ball coming and couldn't make a decision on which way to dodge. As a result, she didn't really move at all. The ball hit her squarely in the chest, and she grunted as it bounced off. "Dammit." She muttered under her breath and took a seat.

Kijani figured they'd have to get Sue out first, so she aimed her ball at her. Sue was the best player on the team, after all.
