Kassy had been quiet for the most part. She felt like she had no skill in battle, and just being up in the air was enough of a strange thing for her. But as soon as she saw someone injured, something clicked in her. "Ah, I can - I can help!" She stood, wobbling and trying not to think about how far down the ocean must be. Then she went to the injured Kalinda's side, offering up her water jug to Jasper. "Heat this!"

"Miss Kalinda... I'm going to ease your pain a bit, okay? It's not going to heal anything, but I need you to be calm now. Be calm." Her speech took on a soft, soothing tone, and the command was whispered into the girl's mind. Calm, be calm, you're okay. There's no pain right now. Then she whipped off the tie around her hair, quickly using it to press against the wound. There was a benefit to growing up in a culture that didn't have guns. Kassy knew how to deal with cuts and slices, and knew that removing the knife would be fatal. Gently, she stroked Kalinda's forehead. "Just breathe. You'll be alright." To anyone listening, she said an order. "I'm going to need clean cloth, someone find that, please."

Kijani heard Connor's words, and figured it was too late to test her plane. It would just have to work. "I'm on it, Connor." She exhaled and paper started fluttering out of her pack. More and more, layer after layer until she had a paper plane the size of a small raft. "...If I fall, donate my body to science." And she shoved the plane out, balanced on top of it like a surfer. "Oh god, oh god-" She dropped, her stomach rising to her throat. "Not today, dammit!" With a burst of power, she started to level out the plane, and then bring it up to where she needed to rescue people. "Alright! One at a time, and quick, let's go, people!"

Jin, seeing people in motion, decided she had to do something. "Hey, bitch!" She rose up, letting go of the rein she kept on her power. Immediately her irises flared silver, and she aimed a force-laden punch right at Penelope's face. While she didn't know any of the kidnapped students, they could easily become her friends. Besides, one of them could have been her sister - though if that was the case, she would have killed this woman for the insult.

Hey. I'm kinda lost. Can I put my girls on the rescue mission plane? ^__^; I think Kassy would know how to at least stop the bleeding from Kalinda's wound.

Jin went faintly red in the cheeks, then shook their head at Sakura's apology. "There's enough for everyone, including me." With the way Jin could put away food, that meant there was a second, full bag of food somewhere. "Rena. Aki." Jin approached and held out the bag without ceremony. They weren't entirely sure that princess Rena would debase herself by eating fast food, but Jin really didn't care.

"Eat something. Because if my instinct's correct, Kaede didn't ask us here to join the tennis club." Jin shot a frosty look at the back of the offending boy's head, but then sighed. They didn't have to be here, and yet... so far no one was missing.

Yeah today didn't happen and my weekend will be draining. Fuck.
