@Banana Just one more thing, we have a cap on characters from the same country and we've reached it for America so I'd like for you to choose a country with few or no representatives according to DFTBA's chart. Otherwise your sheet is fine

@Banana DFTBA is right on both counts. She could be from Canada however if you want a country like America. Or India if she has a Qatar. And India has so many urban poor. And she can still fake her death but she'd resurface after a few days rather than years, but everyone might still think she's dead. I also need an explanation for her augmentation. Maybe she stole a prototype from a biolab or maybe someone on the team gave her the augment, but there should be an explanation.
Other than that the sheet's fine, just address these and you're good to go.
If you want you can put in Jack as the guy who recruited her, he's not a typical hero and wouldn't think twice of hiring a thief.

@FunnyGuy Well perhaps he found some kind of magical artifact that lets him phase through objects, but there'd have to be a story behind that. You can go with that or scrap it, up to you, I look forward to seeing what you come up with. The Splinter team really does need some more muscle.
